2. Primary school teacher education: graduated from normal college or other college or above.
3. Junior high school teacher qualification: Bachelor degree or above in higher normal schools or other universities.
4. Qualifications of teachers in high schools and secondary vocational schools: Bachelor degree or above in Normal University or other universities.
5. Internship guidance for teachers in secondary vocational schools: graduated from secondary vocational schools or above.
6. Qualifications of teachers in institutions of higher learning: graduate or undergraduate degree.
7. Adult education teacher qualification: high school or technical secondary school or above.
Third, teaching ability.
1. Have the basic qualities and abilities necessary to undertake education and teaching. Non-normal education graduates need to make up lessons in pedagogy and psychology, test and evaluate their teaching ability, and get qualified results.
2. The level of Putonghua should reach the second-class and above standard of "Standard of Putonghua Proficiency Test Grade" promulgated by the State Language Committee, and obtain the corresponding Putonghua Proficiency Test Grade Certificate.
3. Have good physical and psychological qualities, no infectious diseases, no history of mental illness, meet the needs of education and teaching, and pass the physical examination in hospitals at or above the county level as recognized by the teacher qualification accreditation body.

China citizens who have not reached the national statutory retirement age at the end of the registration year, have the teacher qualifications stipulated in the Teachers Law and are willing to engage in teaching work may apply for and legally recognize the teacher qualifications of kindergartens, primary schools, junior middle schools, senior middle schools and secondary vocational schools (including internship guidance).
Second, the application procedure
Teachers College: Previous graduates should prepare the following materials:
1. Original and photocopy of my ID card;
2. Original and photocopy of graduation certificate of normal education major;
3, "the applicant's ideological and moral appraisal form" (on-the-job personnel are provided by their units, and non-on-the-job personnel are provided by the township (town) government or street offices where their household registration is located);
4. I fill in the teacher qualification application form;
5. A medical certificate issued by a hospital at or above the county level designated by the teacher qualification accreditation institution;
6. The original and photocopy of the Putonghua proficiency test grade certificate. In the last semester before graduation, fresh normal students can apply to the teacher qualification accreditation institution where they are studying or planning to teach. Academic transcripts are used instead of academic certificates when applying, and the ideological and moral appraisal form is provided by the school.
Other requirements are the same as those of previous students. Only after the above materials have passed the examination by the teacher qualification accreditation body can they receive the teacher qualification certificate.
Non-normal class: the materials to be prepared are basically the same as those prepared by normal graduates this year and in the past. After passing the initial examination, they can participate in the survey of basic quality and ability of education and teaching organized by the teacher qualification expert review Committee, and provide proof of examination results of pedagogy and psychology. In line with the conditions, the teacher qualification accreditation body will inform the accreditation results within the corresponding acceptance period.
