Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 The full name of this Association is the World Olympic Mathematical Competition Association (A.M.C.O.M). The association is registered in France with registration number W062003484.

Article 2 The World Olympic Mathematics Competition Association is a competition organization composed of institutions and people from all over the world who are committed to the cultivation of children's mathematical thinking and the early education of Olympic mathematics.

Article 3 The purpose of this association is: to serve the young children who study, like and love mathematics all over the world; Serving the institutions and people all over the world who are committed to the cultivation of children's mathematical thinking and the early education of Olympic mathematics; Serve the organizations and people all over the world who are committed to children's cultural exchange and quality training.

Chapter II Tasks of the Association

Fourth, build an international platform for children all over the world to learn, communicate, show and cooperate in mathematics.

Chapter III Work Contents of the Association:

Chapter IV Members of the Association

Article 8 The members of this Association are divided into institutional members and individual members.

Article 9 To apply for membership in this Association, the following conditions must be met.

Support the articles of association; Have the will to join this association; Institutions registered all over the world that carry out or prepare to carry out mathematics education, teaching research and children's mathematics education, or relevant people who are enthusiastic about researching and supporting the development of mathematics education, can apply to become members of this association. Article 10 Membership procedures:

Fill in the Application Form for Membership of the World Olympic Mathematical Competition Association uniformly printed by the Association, and the secretariat of the Association will conduct preliminary examination; Those who pass the preliminary examination shall be submitted to the Council for discussion; After passing, send a letter to inform the applicant, individual and other members; Signed by the President to grant the authorization card and membership certificate. Article 11 Members shall enjoy the following rights:

The right to vote, to be elected and to vote; Have the right to give priority to participate in various activities and meetings organized by this association; Have the right to obtain preferential services from our association in information, materials, training, consultation and technology; Have the right to put forward suggestions, criticisms and supervision on the work of this Association; When the legitimate rights and interests are damaged, they have the right to demand maintenance; Freedom to join and leave voluntarily. Article 12 Members shall perform the following obligations:

Recognize and implement the articles of association, abide by relevant international laws and regulations, practices and policies and decrees of their respective countries, and safeguard the reputation and interests of the association; Implement the resolutions of the Association and complete the work entrusted by the Association; Provide information on various mathematical education activities to the association; Keep secrets such as information and materials that the association does not disclose to the public. Thirteenth members who want to quit the association shall notify the association in writing. If a member 1 year does not participate in the activities of this association, it will be regarded as automatic withdrawal.

Article 14 If a member seriously violates the Articles of Association, it shall be removed from the membership by voting of the Council or the Standing Council.

Chapter V Creation and Dismissal of Organizational Structure and Person in Charge

Article 15 The highest authority of this Association is the members' congress. The functions and powers of the members' congress are:

To formulate and amend the Articles of Association; Election and removal of directors; Review the work report of the Council and study and discuss major issues such as the working principles of the association. Article 16 The Council is the executive body of the members' congress, which leads the association to carry out its daily work during the intersessional period and is responsible to the members' representatives.

Article 17 The duties of the Council are:

To implement the resolutions of the members' congress; To elect and recall the president, vice-president and secretary-general; Prepare for the convening of a member congress; Report the work to the member representative assembly; Decide to accept or expel members; Deciding to establish offices, branches, representative offices and entities; To decide on the appointment and removal of the Deputy Secretary-General and the principal responsible persons of various institutions; To lead the work of various institutions of the Association; Formulate internal management system; Decide other important matters. Article 18 The Council shall meet once a year; Under special circumstances, an exchange meeting can also be held.

Article 19 The president, vice-president and secretary-general of this Association must meet the following conditions:

It has great influence in the work field of this association; The maximum age of the president, vice-president and secretary-general is no more than 70 years old, and the secretary-general gradually transitions to full-time; Good health, can insist on normal work; Having not received criminal punishment; Have full capacity for civil conduct. Article 20 If the president, vice-president and secretary-general of this Association are over the maximum working age, they shall be approved by the Council and reported to the competent industrial and commercial registration authority before taking up their posts.

Article 21 The term of office of the President, Vice President and Secretary General of this Association is three years.

Article 22 The President of this Association shall exercise the following functions and powers:

Convene and preside over the Council (or the Standing Council) and check the implementation of the resolutions of the general meeting of members and the Council (or the Standing Council); Sign relevant important documents on behalf of the association. Article 23 The Secretary-General of this Association shall exercise the following functions and powers:

Preside over the daily work of the office and organize the implementation of the annual work plan; Coordinate the work of branches, representative offices and entities; Nominate the Deputy Secretary-General and the principals of offices, branches, representative offices and units, and report to the Council for approval; To decide on the employment of full-time staff in offices, representative offices and entities; Handle other daily affairs.

Chapter VI Principles of Asset Management and Use

Article 24 Sources of funds of this Association

Donation; Income from activities or services provided within the business scope; Other lawful income. Article 25 the funds of this association must be used for the business scope and career development stipulated in the articles of association, and shall not be distributed among members.

Article 26 The Association shall establish a strict financial management system to ensure the legality, truthfulness, accuracy and completeness of accounting data.

Article 27 No unit or individual may occupy, privately divide or misappropriate the assets of this Association.

Chapter VII Revision of Articles of Association

Twenty-eighth amendments to the articles of association of this association must be approved by the Council and reported to the members' congress for deliberation.

Chapter VIII Supplementary Provisions

Article 29 The Articles of Association shall be adopted by the general meeting of members.

Article 30 The right to interpret the Articles of Association belongs to the Council of the Association.

Article 31 The Articles of Association shall come into force as of the date of approval by the association registration authority.
