This semester, according to the requirements of the county research office and the work plan and syllabus of the school education department, our lesson preparation team can thoroughly study the education and teaching theory, constantly update the education concept, firmly establish the quality consciousness, effectively improve the classroom teaching efficiency, and make the teaching quality reach a new level. The work carried out is summarized as follows:
First, study theory and improve professional quality.
1, our group continued to seriously study the spirit of the third all-church conference and related documents, and made clear the practical significance of reducing burdens and increasing efficiency.
2. This semester, our group can seriously and systematically study the classroom teaching mode of "learning before teaching, training in class", understand its essence, absorb its essence, and learn from it according to the actual teaching in senior high school.
3. Our group continues to study "classroom teaching theory" and "modern educational technology" and strives to make multimedia courseware.
4, continue to seriously carry out mentoring activities, with the old and the new. Mentors and apprentices often attend lectures and exchange ideas, and carefully evaluate classes. Concentrate on preparing lessons and discussing teaching materials.
Second, grasp routines, improve classroom quality, and conscientiously complete teaching tasks.
Our group focuses on preparing lessons and attending lectures, giving full play to the collective strength and wisdom, discussing and cooperating with each other, and achieving collective preparation, information sharing and information transmission. Establish the consciousness that "classroom is the main position to implement quality education", fully implement target teaching, and effectively improve the teaching efficiency of 40 minutes.
This semester, we conducted two regular surveys and tests, as well as mid-term and final exams. You can carefully review the preparation for the exam and discuss the review strategy. Strengthen the make-up exam after the exam, and strive for every student not to fall behind.
Third, strengthen teaching research and improve teaching quality.

In February and May, our school held a municipal open class teaching activity, and our senior one math group actively prepared and took it seriously. To this end, we have prepared lessons collectively for many times, carefully selected topics, * * * discussed with each other, analyzed teaching materials, determined key and difficult points, and discussed classroom teaching strategies in depth, so as to have an outline in mind, teaching materials in mind and students in mind. Our goal is to do our best to show the best classes to our peers in the city. My group, Ching-Ho Wang, participated in the municipal open class and got good results.
3. We also take the form of "going out" to communicate with teachers in brother schools. Actively carry out teaching seminars, observe activities and learn from each other.
4. The second classroom activities of senior one mathematics are also actively carried out. Teacher Wu Cheng introduced the relevant contents of the history of mathematics to the students. Teacher Jiang Jiagan and Teacher Gu Naichun gave some training for the mathematics competition.
