Except for reproductive organs, other examinations are the same as those of male soldiers.

Physical examination standards for citizens to be recruited:

Chapter I Surgery

Article 1 The height of male is above 160cm, and the height of female is above 158cm, which is qualified.

These include:

(1) Tank crew: height160 ~178cm;

(2) Personnel of surface ships and submarines: male height 160 ~ 182 cm, female height158 ~182 cm;

(3) diver: height168 ~185 cm;

(4) Airborne soldiers: height 168cm or more;

(5) Conditional soldiers of special operations forces, Central Guard Corps and public security guards: male height 170cm or above (excellent physical condition 165cm or above), female height 165cm or above;

(6) Conditional soldiers stationed in Hong Kong and Macao: male height 1.70 cm or more, female height 1.60 cm or more;

(7) Members of the guard of honor in Beijing Garrison: male height 180cm or above, female height 173cm or above.

Article 2 A person whose weight meets the following conditions is qualified.

(1) male: not more than 30% of the standard weight (standard weight kg = height cm- 1 10) and not less than15% of the standard weight;

(2) Female: 15% not exceeding 20% of the standard weight and not less than the standard weight.

Article 3 Craniocerebral trauma, brain malformation, history of brain surgery and post-traumatic syndrome are unqualified.

Article 4 Neck stiffness, obvious torticollis, simple goiter above degree III and breast tumor are unqualified. Simple goiter, divers and submarine personnel are unqualified.

Article 5 Diseases or injuries of bones, joints and synovial bursa and their sequelae, deformities of bones and joints, thoracic deformities, habitual dislocation, history of fractures of neck, chest and lumbar vertebrae, lumbar disc herniation, ankylosing spondylitis and tendon sheath diseases affecting limb functions are unqualified.

But the following conditions are qualified:

(1) Scoliosis that can be corrected by itself;

(2) Simple fracture of limbs, cured 1 year, good reduction, no dysfunction and sequelae (except airborne soldiers);

(3) The snapping of joints excludes diseases or injuries of joints and does not affect normal functions;

(4) Kaschin-Beck disease only means that the toe joint is slightly thick, with no conscious symptoms and no dysfunction (only for ground personnel);

(5) Mild thoracic deformity (except for airborne soldiers, divers and submarine personnel).

Article 6 The elbow joint is over-extended 15 degrees, the elbow joint is everted by more than 20 degrees, or the elbow joint does not exceed the above provisions but has dysfunction, so it is unqualified.

Article 7 The unequal length of both lower limbs exceeds 2cm, the distance from the medial condyle of genu varum femur to the medial malleolus of genu valgus tibia exceeds 7cm (the airborne soldier exceeds 4cm), or the gait is abnormal although it does not exceed the above provisions, and it is unqualified. Squat is not complete, not qualified. However, mild squat insufficiency (the included angle behind the knee is ≤45 degrees) is qualified except for airborne soldiers.

The eighth finger and toe are incomplete or deformed, flat feet with completely disappeared plantar arch, corns, calluses and severely chapped feet that affect long-distance walking are unqualified.

Article 9 Malignant tumors, benign tumors and cysts with the length of face and neck exceeding 1cm, benign tumors and cysts with the length of other parts exceeding 3cm, or those that do not exceed the above provisions but affect their functions and training, are unqualified.

Article 10 Scar composition: Scars whose face and neck are longer than 3cm or whose functions are affected, and scars whose functions are affected in other parts are unqualified.

Article 11 Tattoos on the face and neck, wearing military standard physical training clothes, tattoos on other exposed parts exceeding 3cm in length, tattoos on other parts exceeding 10cm in length, eyebrows, eyeliner and lips for men and lips for women, are unqualified.

Article 12 Vasculitis, aneurysm, moderate and severe varicose veins of lower limbs and varicocele are unqualified. Varicose veins of lower limbs, varicocele, and airborne soldiers are unqualified.

Article 13 History of thoracoabdominal surgery, hernia, rectocele, anal fistula, perianal abscess, severe chronic anal fissure, annular hemorrhoid and mixed hemorrhoid are unqualified.

But the following conditions are qualified:

(a) more than half a year after appendicitis surgery, no sequelae;

(2) More than 65438 0 years after inguinal hernia and femoral hernia operation, no sequelae;

(3) Two or less mixed hemorrhoids with a length and diameter of less than 0.8 cm.

Fourteenth diseases or injuries of the genitourinary system and their sequelae, malformation or hypoplasia of reproductive organs, monogamy, cryptorchidism and their postoperative results are unqualified.

But the following conditions are qualified:

(1) Mild noncommunicative hydrocele of spermatic cord, without conscious symptoms, not larger than contralateral testis (except airborne soldiers);

(2) The hydrocele of testis without conscious symptoms, including testis, does not exceed 65438 0 times of healthy testis (except airborne soldiers);

(3) Communicating hydrocele, no recurrence or sequelae after operation 1 year;

(four) no tenderness, no conscious symptoms of spermatic cord, epididymal nodules, the number is less than 2 and the length and diameter are less than 0.5 cm;

(5) phimosis and foreskin are too long;

(6) Mild acute dermatitis and cystitis.

Fifteenth moderate and severe bromhidrosis, unqualified. Mild underarm odor, tank crew, diver, submarine and surface ship personnel are unqualified.

Article 16 tinea capitis, generalized tinea corporis, scabies, chronic generalized eczema, chronic urticaria, generalized neurodermatitis, psoriasis, vascular nevus, pigmented nevus, fetal nevus, vitiligo with the length of face and neck exceeding 1cm, and other infectious or incurable skin diseases are unqualified. Multiple folliculitis, allergic to irritant skin or history of contact dermatitis, frostbite of hands and feet in recent 3 years, divers and submarine personnel are unqualified.

But the following conditions are qualified:

(a) Single localized neurodermatitis with a long diameter less than 3 cm;

(2) tinea cruris, tinea of hands and feet, tinea of nails (fingers and toes) and tinea versicolor of trunk;

(three) vitiligo, no more than 2 other parts of the body, each of which is less than 3cm in length.

Seventeenth gonorrhea, syphilis, chancre, sexually transmitted lymphogranuloma, nongonococcal urethritis, condyloma acuminatum, genital herpes and other sexually transmitted diseases are unqualified.

Chapter II Internal Medicine

Eighteenth blood pressure in the following range, qualified.

(1) systolic blood pressure ≥90mmHg and <140mmhg;

(2) Diastolic pressure ≥60mmHg, < < 90mmHg.

Nineteenth heart rate in the following range, qualified.

(1) Heart rate 60 ~ 100 beats/min;

(2) The heart rate is 50-59 beats/min or101-10 beats/min, which is physiological after inspection (except for submarine personnel, divers, airborne troops and recruits who have been recruited into the plateau).

Twentieth hypertension, organic heart disease, vascular disease, dextrocardia is unqualified.

But the following conditions are qualified:

(1) If arrhythmia and systolic murmur are found by auscultation, it is considered as physiological after examination (except for submarine personnel, divers, airborne soldiers and recruits entering the plateau);

(two) orthostatic hypotension, peripheral vasomotor disorder (ground crew only).

Twenty-first chronic bronchitis, bronchiectasis, bronchial asthma, pulmonary bullae, pneumothorax and other chronic respiratory diseases are unqualified.

Twenty-second serious chronic gastrointestinal diseases, liver, gallbladder, spleen and pancreas diseases, visceral ptosis, abdominal mass, unqualified.

But the following conditions are qualified:

(1) supine position, breathing calmly, touching the liver under the costal margin of the right clavicle midline is no more than 65438±0.5cm, and the xiphoid synapse is no more than 3cm, with soft texture, smooth margin, no tenderness and percussion pain, normal upper boundary of the liver, no spleen under the left costal margin, no anemia and good nutritional status;

(2) Spleen enlargement caused by malaria, schistosomiasis and kala-azar in the past is now asymptomatic, anaemic and in good nutritional condition.

Twenty-third urinary system, blood system, endocrine system diseases, metabolic diseases and immune diseases are unqualified.

Article 24 Infectious diseases such as AIDS, viral hepatitis, tuberculosis, epidemic hemorrhagic fever, bacterial and amebic dysentery, kala-azar, typhoid fever, paratyphoid fever, brucellosis, leptospirosis, schistosomiasis, malaria and filariasis are unqualified.

But the following conditions are qualified:

(a) acute viral hepatitis (except hepatitis B and C) has not recurred for more than 2 years after being cured, and has no symptoms and signs, and the laboratory examination is normal;

(2) Primary tuberculosis, secondary tuberculosis, tuberculous pleurisy, renal tuberculosis and peritoneal tuberculosis have not recurred for 3 years after clinical cure;

(3) Bacillary dysentery cured 1 year or more;

(4) Malaria, leishmaniasis, schistosomiasis, amoebic dysentery, leptospirosis, epidemic hemorrhagic fever, typhoid fever, paratyphoid fever and brucellosis have been cured for more than 2 years without sequelae;

(five) filariasis cured for more than half a year, no sequelae.

Twenty-fifth epilepsy, as well as other nervous system diseases and sequelae, are unqualified.

Twenty-sixth schizophrenia, transformation disorder, separation disorder, depression, mania, psychoactive substance abuse and dependence, personality disorder, mental retardation, sleepwalking, enuresis and other mental diseases are unqualified.

Twenty-seventh stuttering affects the normal expression of unqualified.

Chapter III Otolaryngology

Twenty-eighth sense of smell loss, unqualified. The sense of smell is dull, and the anti-chemical soldiers are unqualified.

Twenty-ninth hearing test bilateral whisper is less than 5m, unqualified.

However, if one side whispers 5m and the other side is not less than 3m, the ground crew is qualified.

Thirtieth dizziness, unqualified.

Thirty-first auricle obvious deformation, external auditory canal atresia, recurrent inflammation of preauricular fistula, auricle external auditory canal eczema, otomycosis unqualified.

However, the land service personnel are qualified for mild auricle, eczema of external auditory canal and mild otomycosis.

Thirty-second tympanic membrane perforation, suppurative otitis media, mastoiditis and other intractable diseases are unqualified. The tympanic membrane is moderately invaginated, and the scar or calcified spot of tympanic membrane is larger than that of tympanic membrane1/3; The ventilation function, ear pressure function and tympanic membrane activity of eustachian tube are poor; Lymphatic tissue hyperplasia in or around the pharyngeal orifice of eustachian tube; Divers, submarine personnel and airborne troops are unqualified.

However, the tympanic membrane is invaginated, adhered, atrophied, scarred and calcified, and the ground crew, tank crew and surface ship personnel are qualified.

Thirty-third nasal deformities, severe hypertrophic rhinitis, atrophic rhinitis, severe erosion of nasal mucosa, nasal polyps, polypoid transformation of middle turbinate and other chronic nasal diseases that affect nasal function are unqualified. Severe allergic rhinitis, hypertrophic rhinitis, chronic sinusitis, severe nasal septum deviation, divers, submarine personnel and airborne soldiers are unqualified.

Turbinate hypertrophy, however, does not affect the drainage of paranasal sinuses, has a small amount of mucus purulent secretion in the middle nasal meatus, and has mild atrophic rhinitis. The ground crew and tank crew are qualified.

Thirty-fourth chronic tonsillitis with second degree enlargement, which affects swallowing and pronunciation functions and is difficult to cure, and severe obstructive sleep apnea syndrome is unqualified.

Chapter IV Ophthalmology

Thirty-fifth naked eye vision in the right eye is less than 4.6, and the naked eye vision in the left eye is less than 4.5, which is unqualified.

The naked vision of any eye is less than 4.8, the corrected vision of any eye is less than 4.8 or the corrected degree is more than 600 degrees, which is unqualified.

Excimer laser surgery was performed for ametropia for more than half a year without complications. The naked eye vision of any eye reached 4.8, and the fundus examination was normal, except divers, submarine soldiers and airborne soldiers.

These include:

(1) The naked eye vision of tank crew, submarine crew, surface ship crew and members of the honor guard in Beijing Garrison is not less than 4.8;

(2) The naked eye vision of divers, airborne troops, special operations troops, soldiers with conditions in the Central Guard Corps and soldiers with conditions in the Public Security Guard shall not be less than 5.0.

Thirty-sixth weak color, color blindness, unqualified.

However, people who can recognize red, green, yellow, blue and purple are qualified.

Thirty-seventh eyelid, eyelid margin, conjunctiva, lacrimal apparatus and other diseases affecting eye function are unqualified.

However, if the pseudopterygium does not extend more than 2mm into the cornea, the land service personnel are qualified.

Thirty-eighth exophthalmos, nystagmus, eye muscle disease, unqualified.

However, the same-sex esotropia and exotropia of the ground crew within 15 degrees are qualified.

Thirty-ninth diseases of cornea, sclera, iris and ciliary body, pupil deformation and dyskinesia are unqualified.

But corneal clouds that do not affect vision are qualified.

Fortieth lens, vitreous body, retina, choroid and optic nerve diseases and glaucoma are unqualified.

However, a few scattered lens opacities are congenital and qualified.

Chapter V Stomatology

Article 41 Those who have more than three third-degree dental caries, more than two missing teeth (except those with neat dentition after orthodontic extraction), complete dentures and complex removable partial dentures, severe periodontitis, oral diseases that affect chewing and pronunciation functions, temporomandibular joint diseases, cleft lip, cleft palate and obvious scars after cleft lip surgery are unqualified.

However, after treatment and restoration, well-functioning dental caries and missing teeth are qualified.

Article 42 The dental fluorosis and enamel hypoplasia above moderate level, the incisors, canines and bicuspids are obviously defective or missing, the overbite is more than 0.5cm, the open bite is more than 0.3cm, the upper and lower teeth deeply bite the opposite gingiva, malocclusion, severe gingivitis and moderate periodontitis, and divers and submarine personnel are unqualified.

But the following conditions are qualified:

(1) The occlusal distance between the left and right canines and the bicuspids of the upper and lower jaws is less than 0.3cm.

(2) 65,438+0 incisors are missing, fixed dentures function well after restoration, or there is no gap in dentition, and the replacement teeth function well;

(3) Irregular or overlapping dentition of individual incisors that do not affect occlusion;

(4) Individual incisors with mild crossbite that do not affect occlusion have no other signs;

(5) The malocclusion has good function after orthodontic treatment.

Forty-third chronic parotitis, parotid cyst and oral tumor are unqualified.

Chapter VI Gynecology

Article 44 Amenorrhea, severe dysmenorrhea, irregular uterine bleeding, functional uterine bleeding and endometriosis are unqualified.

Forty-fifth internal and external genitalia deformity or defect, unqualified.

Forty-sixth acute and chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, pelvic mass, unqualified.

Article 47 Fungal vaginitis and trichomonal vaginitis are unqualified.

Article 48 Pregnancy is unqualified.

Chapter VII Auxiliary Inspection

Forty-ninth blood cell analysis results in the following range, as qualified.

(1) Hemoglobin: male 130 ~ 175g/L, female115 ~/50g/L;

(2) Red blood cell count: male 4.3 ~ 5.8× 10 12/L, female 3.8 ~ 5./kloc-0 /×10/2/L;

(3) White blood cell count: 3.5 ~ 9.5×109/L;

(4) Neutrophil percentage: 40% ~ 75%;

(5) lymphocyte percentage: 20% ~ 50%;

(6) platelet count: 125 ~ 350× 109/L

The results of routine blood tests should be combined with clinical and regional differences to make a correct conclusion. Hemoglobin, red blood cell count, total white blood cell count, white blood cell classification and platelet count are slightly higher or lower. According to the normal range of human body in this area, under the premise of excluding organic diseases, no single elimination will be made.

Fiftieth blood biochemical analysis results in the following range, as qualified.

(1) serum alanine aminotransferase: 9 ~ 50μ l for male and 7 ~ 40μ l for female;

Serum alanine aminotransferase, male >; 50μ/L, ≤60μ/L, female >: 40μ/L, ≤50μ/L, which should be considered as qualified in the case of excluding diseases, but must be strictly controlled;

(2) Serum creatinine:

Enzymatic method: male 59 ~ 104 μ mol/L, female 45 ~ 84 μ mol/l;

Picric acid rate method: male 62 ~ 1 15 μ mol/L, female 53 ~ 97 μ mol/l;

The end point method of picric acid deproteinization: male 44 ~ 133 μ mol/L, female 70 ~106 μ mol/l;

(3) Serum urea: 2.9 ~ 8.2 mmol/L.

Fifty-first hepatitis B surface antigen test positive, HIV 1+2 antibody test positive, unqualified.

Fifty-second routine urine examination results in the following range, qualified.

(1) Urine protein: negative to trace;

(2) Urine ketone body: negative;

(3) Urine sugar: negative;

(4) Bilirubin: negative;

(5) Urogenicity: 0. 1 ~ 1.0 eμ/dl (weakly positive).

Fifty-third urine centrifugal precipitation specimen microscopic examination results in the following range, as qualified.

(1) Red blood cells: male 0 ~ occasionally seen/high magnification, female 0 ~ 3/ high magnification, female less than 6/ high magnification should be combined with vulvar examination to exclude diseases;

(2) White blood cells: male 0 ~ 3/ high, female 0 ~ 5/ high, no more than 6/ high, combined with external genitalia or vulva examination to rule out diseases;

(3) Tube type: no or occasional transparent tube type, no other tube type.

Fifty-fourth urine drug test positive, unqualified.

Article 55 The urine pregnancy test is negative and qualified.

The urine pregnancy test was positive and the serum pregnancy test was negative.

Fifty-sixth routine stool examination results in the following range, as qualified.

(1) Appearance: yellow, soft;

(2) Microscopic examination: red blood cells and white blood cells are 0 ~ 2/ high magnification, and there are no hookworms, whipworms, tapeworms, schistosomiasis, Clonorchis sinensis, gingerbread eggs and intestinal protozoa.

Routine stool examination is a compulsory item in endemic parasitic diseases and schistosomiasis endemic areas, and other areas are inspected as needed.

Fifty-seventh chest X-ray examination results in the following range, qualified.

(1) Chest X-ray examination was normal;

(2) Isolated scattered in calcified points (diameter less than 0.5cm), with no more than three bilateral lung fields, high density, clear edge and no infiltration around;

(3) Slight enhancement of lung texture (no history of respiratory tract, no conscious symptoms);

(4) Slight dullness in one costal diaphragm angle (no heart, no history of lung and chest diseases, no conscious symptoms).

Article 58 ECG results are within the following range, and they are qualified.

(1) ECG is normal;

(2) ECG is generally normal:

1. Sinus rhythm, heart rate 50-59 beats/min, or10/-1/0 beats/min, combined with clinical practice;

2. Sinus arrhythmia, improved or disappeared after holding your breath;

3. The electric axis of P wave is left-biased (P wave stands upright at I and aVL of high voltage, II is flat or positive and negative biphase, III and aVF are positive and negative biphase or shallow dip, and aVR is positive and negative biphase or shallow dip);

4. The deviation of qrs axis is -30 degrees to+120 degrees;

5. Simple counterclockwise or clockwise transposition;

6. Left ventricular high voltage (no hypertension, no pathological murmur in cardiac auscultation, no cardiac enlargement in chest X-ray);

7. When the heart rhythm is slow, the J point, which is mainly associated with R wave, is raised, and the concave of ST segment is raised less than 0.1mv; ;

8. ST segment with R wave as the main link shows ischemic depression less than or equal to 0.05mV(aVL and III can be depressed by 0. 1mV) or approximate horizontal depression less than 0.08mV, or upward oblique depression less than 0.1mv;

9. In Ⅱ, T wave is vertical, voltage is greater than110 R wave, aVF is low, and Ⅲ is inverted;

10.TV 1 and V2 are greater than TV5 and V6(TV5 and V6 are greater than110r wave);

1 1. Sinus node wandering rhythm;

Lead 12.V 1-V2 showed high R wave, but the QRS wave voltage in limb lead did not change, the QRS axis did not deviate significantly to the right, and there was no ST-T change in right chest lead, so there was no clinical cause of right ventricular hypertrophy.

13. QRS wave of supraventricular crest (V 1 is rsr' type, R > R', there is no S wave in leads I and V5 or S wave is in the normal range);

14. Occasionally premature beats;

15. Incomplete right bundle branch block, no other suspicious positive history, symptoms and signs;

16.u wave is obvious, but not higher than T wave, and there is no other suspicious positive medical history, symptoms and signs.

If the above items 4, 5 and 6 appear, the examinee should be allowed to squat for 20 times. If there is no obvious abnormal ECG, the ECG is considered to be generally normal.

Fifty-ninth abdominal ultrasound examination found malignant signs, pathological splenomegaly, pancreatic lesions, diffuse parenchymal damage of liver and kidney, hydronephrosis, stones, visceral inversion, single kidney and other lesions and abnormalities, unqualified.

The following conditions are qualified (Articles 5 to 12, except divers and airborne troops):

(1) There is no obvious abnormality in liver, gallbladder, pancreas, spleen and kidney;

(2) Mild and moderate fatty liver with normal liver function;

(3) The number of gallbladder polyps is less than 3 and the length and diameter are less than 0.5cm.

(4) Cholesterol crystallizes in gallbladder wall;

(5) The number of single organs of hepatic and renal cysts and hemangiomas is less than 3, and the length and diameter are all below 65438±0cm;

(6) Single hepatic and renal cyst and hemangioma with a length less than 3cm;

(seven) the number of intrahepatic bile duct stones is less than three and the length and diameter are less than 0.5 cm;

(8) The number of calcifications in the liver is less than 3, and the length and diameter are less than 65438±0cm;;

(9) The length and diameter of a single calcified renal lesion are less than 65438±0cm;;

(10) The number of renal hamartomas is less than 2, and the length and diameter are less than 65438±0cm;.

(eleven) the width of the renal pelvis is not more than 65438 0.5 cm, and the ureter is not widened;

(12) The length and diameter of the spleen are below 65438±00cm, and the thickness is below 4.5cm. The length and diameter of the spleen are greater than 10cm or the thickness is greater than 4.5cm, but the measured area of the spleen (0.8× length and diameter× thickness) is less than 38cm2, so organic lesions are excluded.

Sixtieth gynecological ultrasound examination found uterine fibroids, adnexal masses of unknown nature and other lesions and abnormalities, unqualified.

The following conditions are qualified:

(1) There is no obvious abnormality in the size and shape of uterus and ovary;

(two) the depth of pelvic effusion is not more than 65438 0 cm;

(3) The length and diameter of a single adnexal region and ovarian cyst are less than 3cm.

Chapter VIII Detection of Soldiers' Occupational Basic Adaptability

Sixty-first soldiers' professional basic adaptability test software and special papers are used for intelligence test. In any of the following circumstances, it is unqualified.

(1) Mathematical ability: the score of special computer standard for mathematical ability is lower than 70, and the score of special paper for mathematical ability is lower than 60;

(2) Speech ability: The computer standard score of special speech ability is less than 70, and the standard score of special speech ability test paper is less than 60.

Sixty-second soldiers use professional basic adaptability test software, structured interview or special situational judgment test software to conduct personality test, and they are unqualified in any of the following circumstances.

(1) The validity scale of the special personality computer test and any one of the three trait scales Dit, Net and Set is greater than or equal to 70. The family history of mental disorders, the history of mental disorders, symptoms of hallucinations, delusions and passive experiences were interviewed in a structured way.

(2) Any one of the validity scale of special personality computer test and the three trait scales of Dev, Imp and Ant is greater than or equal to 70 points, and any one of deviation, impulsiveness and contradiction in structured interview is rated as 2 points or accumulated greater than or equal to 2 points;

(3) The special personality computer detects that any one of the six trait scales is greater than or equal to 80 points, and the score of the conscription special situation judgment test is greater than or equal to 8 points.
