Hengshui Laobai dry wine has a long history of brewing, which flourished in Han Dynasty and Tang Dynasty, and was officially named Yu Ming.

Hengshui Laobaigan Red Five Star takes high-quality northeast red sorghum and other raw materials, takes 500 meters of underground water without hardness, selects high-quality wheat to make koji, ferments in vats, and inherits the traditional brewing technology of Laowu Town. The wine is rich in aroma, sweet and refreshing, high in alcohol but not strong, low in alcohol but not weak.
