"Mathematics Curriculum Standard" has set up new ideas and put forward new requirements for mathematics teaching, and mathematics teaching in middle schools is undergoing great changes. I also actively change my thinking, actively improve my teaching philosophy, and enter the new curriculum with my students. Under the guidance of Professor Zhao Xiaoyun of Hangzhou Normal University, the school leaders analyzed the actual situation of teachers and students in our school and found a new model-Sanqing teaching method, which is suitable for schools with relatively weak teachers, students' quality and family education. After nearly two years of exploration and attempt, we initially think that this is a practical and effective teaching method. "Three Clear Teaching Mode" is a clear-cut arrangement for the teaching process on the basis of observing the teaching laws and principles. It is a conscious and scientific choice for teachers to achieve the best teaching effect with the least necessary time and energy.

First, the "Sanqing" classroom teaching content

The classroom teaching contents of "Three Clearances" include: "One Clear" means "the teaching task is becoming clearer" by means of collective lesson preparation, and "Two Clear" means "the classroom teaching is open and clear" by means of ten-minute classroom teaching test; "Three clean-ups" is a kind of "cleaning up students' homework after leaving school" with personalized counseling as the main way.

1. Insist on effective collective lesson preparation.

Strengthen the exchange of disciplines and promote the harmonious and balanced development of teachers' own quality. Form a combination of "fixed time and fixed person" and "peacetime communication" in the way, so that collective lesson preparation can be carried out resolutely and effectively. In the process of collective lesson preparation, a process is formed: individual lesson preparation-lecture-discussion-secondary lesson preparation-personalized lesson plan-class, so as to achieve the purpose that lesson preparation is based on the collective wisdom fully brewed and perfected by the teachers in the lesson preparation group, and give full play to the teachers' personal potential and show their personal teaching charm in the "secondary" lesson preparation. In terms of content, it is required to set foot in the positioning of teaching hours, the implementation of knowledge points and difficulties, and the content of the ten-minute exam.

2. The examination content is targeted.

In the ten-minute classroom test, according to the teaching requirements of each class, the teacher designed a test question with a volume of about 10 minutes. The ten-minute exam focuses on laying a good foundation. The training content is targeted, measurable and typical, with basic knowledge, basic skills and comprehensive application. There is also a topic of broadening innovation. Among them, the basic knowledge accounts for 70 points, the basic skill questions account for 20 points, the comprehensive application accounts for 10, and the expansion and innovation questions (additional questions) account for 10, ensuring that 90% of students can pass, so that excellent students can "eat enough", ordinary students and underachievers can "eat enough", be independent and finish on time, and make students as nervous as exams.

3. "Students' homework is cleared out of school" improves the efficiency and quality of homework.

Students' homework is an effective means to review what they have learned that day in time. Parents of students in rural schools generally have a low level of education, little ability to help with homework, and a poor student base. Homework taken home may be a copy, which not only reduces the quality of homework and increases the burden on students, but also spoils students' study habits and has extremely bad negative effects. Faced with this learning situation, our school has introduced the "homework leaving school" system. Definition of job: It is divided into two levels, namely, hard job and soft job. In the "three clean-ups", hard homework is required to be written homework assigned by the teacher, and it is stipulated that it should be completed within the homework time arranged by the school. Based on the guidance concept of "teaching students in accordance with their aptitude, suit the remedy to the case", teachers provide personalized guidance to every student who encounters difficulties in homework during homework time, and personalized guidance focuses on guiding methods and cultivating habits. Cultivate students' own "hematopoietic ability" and let students "learn to learn"; Soft homework is a non-written homework assigned by the teacher according to the actual teaching. Students can do it according to their own interests. Teachers don't check, which can reduce students' psychological burden, and can also receive more specialized and stronger results in all subjects.

Second, the "Sanqing" classroom teaching procedures

1. Review

Review is the organization and reorganization of cognitive structure, which links textbooks with internal logical connection structure with students' original cognitive structure, and the old and new knowledge interact. Therefore, it is extremely important to review the old lessons closely related to the new ones and help students reproduce what they have learned. The review time of each class is generally no more than 5 minutes.

2. New lesson

The time of this stage is about 25 minutes. Teachers can set up multiple steps according to the characteristics of each class and students' cognitive reality, step by step, situational inspiration, induce students to try to explore, develop students' high-level success ability and psychology, and create opportunities for success. Intensive listening is required in class, and less teaching is required for all students who have finished self-study; Only some questions that students can answer are handed over to students for discussion and exchange, and teachers can supplement them appropriately; For the questions that students can't answer easily, we should focus on giving appropriate explanations under the typical inspiration, so that teachers don't do useless work in class.

3. Practice and feedback

Through classroom practice. Enable students to consolidate and digest the new knowledge they have learned, so as to achieve digestion and consolidation in class. The teacher comments and summarizes the problems in the above-mentioned exercises, and supplements the learning objectives, so that students can deepen their understanding of what they have learned. In this way, on the one hand, teaching evaluation can be carried out in time, on the other hand, teachers can receive feedback information in time, understand students' thinking activities and promote information exchange between teachers and students. This stage is 5 minutes.

Testing is the key to the "Three Clear Teaching Mode". Arrange 10 minute test questions for each class, hand them in after class and give feedback on the same day.

5. Feedback finishing

The school arranges a 25-minute homework finishing class every afternoon. Among them, 5- 10 minutes is to revise the test questions of 10 minutes, the next time is to practice topics related to today's content to achieve the purpose of consolidation, and the remaining 5 minutes are for students to review and preview the thinking questions about tomorrow's class content. Of course, reviewing the preview questions can also let students go home and think at night.

The above five steps are an organic whole, which is the basic teaching procedure of the "Three Clear Teaching Mode".

Third, achievements and feelings

1. Update educational concepts and improve teaching methods.

Through theoretical study and practice, teachers have updated their educational concepts, established correct educational concepts, teaching concepts and quality evaluation concepts, and eliminated teaching concerns, such as distrust of students; I think that the efficiency of teaching imitation is high, and I am worried about the decline of quality. At the same time, the "Sanqing teaching mode" itself has greatly promoted teachers' study and research on education and teaching theory, summarized and prospected teaching work, and improved teachers' professional quality level. Teachers have completely changed the indoctrination teaching method in class. By reducing imitation, students have more opportunities to try and explore. Review, new lessons, exercises, tests, and feedback exercises are interlocking and step by step, creating opportunities and conditions for students' success.

2. Students' psychology of success in mathematics learning is basically formed.

For more than a year, students' classroom learning has been carried out in a moderately tense mood. Practice shows that teaching is carried out in a "three-pass" mode. Teachers use their own achievements to stimulate students who have lost confidence because they failed one or two exams, help them regain their confidence and re-stimulate students' interest in learning mathematics. According to statistics, students not only improved the average score and excellent rate, but also improved their study habits. The reduction of students' homework also makes students happy. Students changed from being afraid of or not liking mathematics to liking it.

A class is always made up of students of different levels. Our test questions are generally based on most middle-level students, taking care of students with learning difficulties and promoting top students. This is mainly reflected in: correcting counseling in time after each exam, so that middle and lower students can master the most basic requirements and skills, integrating and broadening innovative questions, so that top students can eat enough, so that students of different grades in the class can make progress.

For the wrong questions in the 10 minute test, the teacher had better give individual counseling, which is beneficial to each student's better acceptance.

Classroom teaching should give full play to the role of time and space. On the basis of reducing teaching time, we should be good at solving the contradiction between teaching imitation and trying to explore, dare to let students learn independently and give them the initiative to control their time as much as possible. In addition, students should be consciously allowed to try and explore freely, including extracurricular activities, such as preview space, review space and practice space. We should also pay attention to expanding students' thinking space, such as being good at guiding students to think. Relax the freedom to solve problems, etc.

Fourth, the enlightenment after practice.

After nearly two years of exploration and practice, I found that this teaching mode is more suitable for the needs of our new curriculum reform, which has made teachers and students develop to varying degrees. Teachers have changed the traditional teaching concepts and methods. Teachers' classroom teaching has a basic framework and basic ideas, and the "new textbook" has realized the transformation from disorder to order, from bad teaching to good teaching, and from uncomfortable teaching to easy teaching. Make students master the basic knowledge and skills of mathematics, strengthen the consolidation of students' mathematical knowledge and the training of learning methods, and stimulate students' interest in learning. Of course, there are still many problems in the teaching mode of Sanqing, which need to be improved and perfected in the future teaching.
