On April 28th, the math group studied the Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Education on Strengthening the Management of Homework in Compulsory Education Schools, in which the design and management of homework gave me a lot of inspiration. I teach grade two now. Due to the age and characteristics of students, I am required not to assign written homework at night, but how to ensure that students can review in time after returning home has become a big problem. This document gave me some inspiration and some ideas about design work, mainly in these aspects:

First, grasp the educational function of homework.

Homework is an essential part of the whole teaching process. Homework can ensure the consolidation and review of the content of this lesson, and also pave the way for the subsequent study of new knowledge. When designing homework, considering its educational function, I think we should make efforts in these two aspects: one is intellectual education, the design of homework should closely fit the new professor's knowledge points and be arranged according to the law of forgetting curve to help students consolidate their knowledge, form their abilities and cultivate their habits; Second, at the level of moral education, homework should not only consider the progress of students' knowledge, but also play its role in moral education, habit formation and three views establishment.

Second, strictly control the total amount of written homework.

Students of every age group have different physical condition, psychological condition and understanding ability, which leads to the design of homework that must consider many differences in children's ages. Take senior one and senior two as an example. The muscles of junior students are still developing, and they haven't mastered the skills of exerting strength. If they are given written homework, it will be difficult for them to write too many words. As a classmate said before, because I didn't master the writing posture well, I wrote too hard, and my hands were worn out. Although there is no such situation for senior three students, they are still children after all. It is necessary to ensure their time for entertainment and relaxation, and students should not be under such great pressure. Therefore, considering these factors, we must comprehensively manage them.

Third, innovate work types and methods.

Homework is not only written homework, but also many other forms. When we assign homework, we should not just let students do the problems blindly, but use what we have learned in various ways. For example, inquiry homework, such as the study of "knowing numbers within 10 thousand" in grade two, can arrange students to find large numbers around them in their lives and feel the mathematics around them; When studying symmetry and translation in grade three, students can create axisymmetric figures through paper-cutting and painting and feel the beauty in mathematics; Learning "meters and centimeters" in grade one will enable students to finish their practical homework after the first class of the unit-measure the length of objects with a "small ruler" on their bodies ... This kind of homework not only cultivates students' comprehensive ability and operational level, but also makes them more interested in learning knowledge.

Fourth, improve the quality of homework design.

Homework assignments should not be just cramming exercises. When assigning homework, we should consider what the content is, whether it is number and algebra or figure and geometry. Considering that all kinds of forms can arouse students' interest, whether it is writing or drawing, statistics or measurement, we must analyze the specific situation; Considering students' hobbies and psychological characteristics, try to choose rich homework forms to arouse students' enthusiasm for participation; Also consider the number of homework. If it is written homework, will it be too much? If it is a survey assignment, is the sample survey too big for students? We need to analyze them one by one.

Fifth, carefully correct the feedback homework.

The assignment of homework does not mean that the teacher will leave it alone after the assignment, especially for various forms of homework. Before the homework and students finish, the teacher should give some homework guidance, that is, how to carry out the steps and how to evaluate themselves. After the students finish speaking, they must make corrections or comments. This is to let teachers collect specific data about students' learning situation, so that they can not only analyze students' mastery, weaknesses and difficulties, but also analyze their own teaching situation through students' situation, whether there are still shortcomings and which links are not well designed.

Six, improve the operation and management mechanism

Everyone is lazy, and adults lack self-control, let alone primary school students. Therefore, it is necessary to introduce some management and evaluation mechanisms to restrain and motivate students. For example, in the past, teacher Mei Mei used the homework replacement method, and the homework was corrected five days a week. If you get an A every day, you can avoid homework on weekends. But if you accidentally got a B the day before, you must find a way to be more careful, write more carefully, do more comprehensively, and solve the problem in more innovative. In this case, the teacher will give the students an A+ because of these better factors, so they will get an A+. The method I use now is that each student has three chances each semester. Unless there are special circumstances, there will be no punishment for failing to complete the results within three times, but once the three chances are used up, there will be some small punishment measures. Students who have not exhausted their opportunities will get certificates at the end of the semester. However, there are many problems in the implementation of this method, and I will write down my modification ideas in the later records.
