How to give full play to the role of student evaluation in primary school mathematics teaching
The new curriculum standard points out: "The purpose of evaluation is to fully understand students' learning situation, stimulate their learning enthusiasm and promote their all-round development. Evaluation is also a powerful means for teachers to reflect and improve teaching. "In teaching, I have promoted students' achievements and progress in learning mathematics through various evaluations, stimulated their enthusiasm for learning mathematics, formed their positive attitudes, emotions and values, and established their self-confidence in learning mathematics.

1. Attach importance to the evaluation of students' classroom learning behavior.

1. immediate classroom evaluation

In classroom teaching, teachers should not only pay attention to students' mastery of knowledge and skills, but more importantly, they should often use observation to understand students' behavior and performance in the process of mathematics learning. For example, whether the students are listening carefully, whether they are observing carefully with the teacher's explanation, whether they are discussing problems in groups, etc. Teachers should make timely evaluation in teaching. If you find that some students are not listening carefully, don't criticize them directly, but praise other good students. "So-and-so sits up straight in class and will listen to the class. The teacher feels that his ears are standing up." Other students will immediately rectify their behavior. Teachers can also use body language, such as smiling, touching, staring and walking beside students, to achieve the purpose of evaluation. Positive education is the best way for teachers to evaluate their classroom learning behavior. Students who perform well should be praised, and other students should be encouraged to study actively.

2. Use the "Classroom Behavior Evaluation Form" to evaluate students.

When evaluating students with the evaluation form of students' classroom learning behavior, let students evaluate themselves first, then evaluate each other in groups, and then evaluate by teachers. Students' evaluation is very serious, especially when evaluating each other, which can point out the shortcomings of the evaluated person. We evaluate students twice a semester, which has certain effect on students.

Second, pay attention to the evaluation of students' homework.

Every student consolidates what he has learned by finishing his homework every day. Students' homework can reflect their understanding and mastery of knowledge and skills. At the same time, it also provides teachers with a lot of information to evaluate students. Such as: the effect of students' learning, students' learning attitude and other information. It also provides a basis for teachers to adjust and improve the teaching process in time.

1. star rating for daily work:

All the assignments are neatly written as 5 stars, 1-2 wrong questions 4 stars, 3-5 wrong questions 3 stars, 1/2 wrong questions 2 stars. If you consciously correct your mistakes every day, praise them verbally; If it is not corrected, criticize it.

2. Homework evaluation plus composition review

When correcting the usual homework, I found that the homework was written seriously and correctly, with comments, such as: "Your homework is very serious, which makes the teacher full of praise", "Your homework is beautiful, which makes the teacher not appreciate enough" and so on. Comment on students' careless homework: "The teacher believes that your homework must be beautiful", "Your homework is better than before, keep working hard" and so on. The evaluation of students who are slow in homework is "You are too young to admit defeat, and you will catch up with everyone", "Come on, you can catch up with everyone if you write less homework" and so on.

3. Evaluate the homework in this class every semester and evaluate the students.

The main thing is to choose students who write well for the whole class to see. Let students learn other people's homework methods, then let them talk about their own shortcomings, and promote students' learning through students' self-evaluation.

Through the above evaluation, let students know what kind of homework is well written. Know that students adjust their strategies for homework in time, find out the gap between themselves and others, and promote students' learning. The evaluation and description of students should use encouraging language and give full play to the incentive function of evaluation. Pay attention to protecting students' self-esteem and self-confidence, and promote students to learn mathematics.

Third, evaluate students by sorting out and reviewing My Footprints of Growth.

1. Talk about self-evaluation with peers and talk about the gains of learning classroom knowledge at this stage; Gains from reading extracurricular math books; What kind of learning methods have you mastered and so on. Evaluate yourself.

2. It is a simple evaluation of students' learning in this period.

3. Teacher-student mutual evaluation Can you understand what the teacher said at this stage? If you have any comments on the teacher, some students will say that your class is very good, I can understand. Some students will ask some questions, such as: after learning decimals, some students will ask who invented decimals. I don't know yet, please tell me; Some students give advice to the teacher. Sometimes there are couplets when the teacher copies the questions, so that the teacher can write Lian Bi's words and so on.

4. Evaluate students through unit exams and final exams.

Through the unit examination or final examination, it mainly evaluates students' understanding and mastery of basic knowledge and skills, and evaluates students' ability to find and solve problems. The new curriculum standard points out that evaluation should promote students' all-round development. In the final exam, we evaluated the students from three aspects: teachers, students and parents.

1. Use "star" evaluation to reduce students' pressure, increase students' confidence in learning mathematics, and promote students to learn mathematics actively.

2. Evaluate students' mathematics learning with qualitative description. For example, a classmate got good grades in math this semester, and he can finish every homework carefully. He can think positively and speak actively in class, and he can come up with different methods to solve math problems from other students.

3. Evaluate students with "Mathematics Self-study Evaluation Form".

Using the above four different methods to evaluate the students in the past three academic years, the vast majority of students correctly evaluated their own achievements, established their self-confidence in learning mathematics in the evaluation, improved their interest in learning mathematics, and enabled students to gain more successful experience and self-confidence in learning mathematics. At the same time, I also know my own shortcomings, make clear the direction of my future efforts, and deepen the feelings between teachers and students.
