Teachers who enjoy the honorary title of special-grade teachers and young and middle-aged experts are rated as leaders of subject teaching in urban areas, and teaching managers are not allowed to participate in the selection if their part-time hours are less than the prescribed hours within three years. Male teachers are over 55 years old and female teachers are over 50 years old.
