You can only study for a master's degree in education, which is for in-service teachers. The teacher qualification certificate was issued when I was an undergraduate, and graduate students can be teachers without it. The master of mathematics has nothing to do with education, but a master of science and a master of education. Teachers' qualification certificates can be tested by themselves.
