I didn't do well in this monthly exam. I think the influencing factors may be: in the first month, students take this test for the first time.

Make more detailed class rules and strict classroom discipline. The classroom is the main place for students to study, and we should strive to create a quiet and relaxed learning environment for students. As a class teacher, I will formulate a set of perfect class rules, train capable class cadres, and fully cooperate with teachers in all subjects.
Receive their feedback information to the class in time, deal with it in time, and propose solutions. Cultivate academic leaders

Although I didn't do well in this monthly exam, I will never lose my fighting spirit and confidence because of my temporary backwardness in this monthly exam.
