There must be no inverse function in a general even function (but there is an inverse function in a special even function, such as f(x)=a(x=0), and its inverse function is f(x)=0(x=a), which is a very special function). Odd function doesn't necessarily have an inverse function. If a odd function has an inverse function, its inverse function is also odd function.
