1, the written test is conducted in a closed way. The main content of written examination is the educational theory, educational regulations and teachers' morality knowledge that special post teachers should possess. The written examination is organized and implemented by the provincial education administrative department, with the participation of relevant departments.

Written test time: June 27, 2009. Written test center: located in the seat of each municipal government.

2. The interview form is a lecture. It mainly examines the basic quality, educational and teaching ability and demeanor of candidates.

Candidates should give lectures for at least 30 minutes.
