I recommend the efficient learning method. This book explains a lot, not many exercises, but very typical, with some skills and induction. I am also a liberal arts student. I have used this book since I was a sophomore. I have bought math, biology, physics and chemistry. Because I am poor at math, even with this book, there are about 10 students in my class, but the other three. The mathematical materials distributed by our school are "green channels". I don't know if you have heard of it. I don't think this book is as good as Efficient Learning Method. Although there are many explanations, many of them are concepts. Read it. Why waste money on it?
