Faced with this situation, we feel that teacher training is imminent and imperative. School-based research is an effective way to improve teachers' quality, reform teaching methods and improve teaching efficiency. In view of this understanding, the school puts scientific research work in the first place in education and teaching. The headmaster attaches great importance to the school-based research work, clearly puts forward the humanized research concept of "let teachers get practical benefits in school-based research", and requires the director in charge of teaching to implement it everywhere in the operation process of research.
We not only pay attention to the importance of publicity and research, but also let teachers experience the benefits of discussion and research in practical work. After the experience of all teachers, no one regards research as an extra burden, and no one rejects various forms of research activities. But actively participate in research, not afraid of difficulties, not afraid of trouble, carefully remember, listen carefully, seriously reflect and communicate seriously. The school actively provides training conditions for teachers, and the time after school every Wednesday and Friday afternoon is designated as training time, and it is never crowded; Subscribe to and recommend more than ten kinds of educational publications and books to teachers for everyone to read; The library is open every day, allowing teachers to sublimate their lives in reading; Carry out competition activities to provide a platform for teachers to display, so that teachers can give full play to, experience, diagnose and reflect on their classroom teaching, so as to adjust and improve themselves; As long as there is an opportunity to study abroad, the school will send teachers to study, learn from each other's strengths and enrich themselves. In the wave of teaching reform, every teacher will feel a kind of pressure and challenge. Over the past year, we have taken the opportunity of optimizing the teaching staff to build a platform for teachers at different levels to learn from each other's strengths, promote each other and improve together. We train teachers through lectures, professional self-study, team reading, narrative writing, reflective writing, copying class, topic research class, report class, classroom teaching demonstration of on-the-job training, etc., so that advanced educational concepts and methods can be firmly rooted in every teacher's heart, thus guiding teaching practice in a targeted manner and serving education and teaching better.
1, moral education comes first. Vigorously improve teachers' political and ideological quality, hold a ceremony of commitment to teachers' morality at the beginning of school, and sign the Commitment of Code of Conduct for Primary School Teachers at the Social Development Center, solemnly promising to abide by teachers' professional ethics. The words and deeds that primary school teachers in the social development center should avoid are stipulated, and teachers consciously formulate and implement the norms of words and deeds. Organize teachers to concentrate on learning once a month, and learn the Compulsory Education Law, the Law on the Protection of Minors, the Professional Ethics of New Teachers, the Outline of the National Medium-and Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan, and Several Opinions of the Central Committee and the State Council on Further Strengthening and Improving the Ideological and Moral Construction of Minors and other relevant documents that regulate school-running behavior. Every time the teacher carefully writes down the important content, carefully understands it and writes his learning experience. We have also established a supervision mechanism for society, parents, students and teachers, invited parents and students to grade teachers' performance through questionnaires, assessed teachers' morality every semester, established teachers' personal morality files, and strived to make all teachers love education, take moral education as an example, establish a correct view of education, quality and talents, and fully implement quality education based on students' development.
2. Prepare lessons collectively. It is better to prepare lessons in groups, which is conducted every Friday, emphasizing the effectiveness of preparing lessons in groups. This time, it is proposed to change "lesson preparation" to "debate class", so that collective lesson preparation can be planned, themed, divided and managed. It is stipulated to compile teaching materials and teaching methods, refine students' emphasis on "five implementations" and "debate". First of all, a teacher should give a lecture-analyze the teaching materials and explain the teaching objectives, knowledge structure, teaching ideas, teaching difficulties and exercise design. We think that the teacher's lesson plan for preparing lessons twice has its own characteristics, which is in line with the learning situation of this class. It has achieved (1) complete projects, clear teaching objectives, well-designed teaching process from the perspective of teaching materials and students, novel and neat blackboard writing, complete teaching links, clear thinking and its own characteristics. (2) Write the teaching experience and after-class reflection in time, improve the quantity and quality, and the reflection will reach more than 100%. Normal classes in the same class in the same grade have implemented "same-class heterogeneity" and realized the perfect combination of * * * and personality.

4. Promote teachers' professional development through school-based research. Strive to improve teachers' theoretical literacy. Schools use business study time to organize teachers to carry out theoretical study, adhere to the principle of "unifying the theme, focusing on group learning, supplemented by evaluation", and ensure that the study is planned, content-oriented, discussion-oriented, recorded, effective and checked. According to the needs of teachers' development, help teachers solve practical problems in teaching, realize the mutual promotion of theory and practice, and improve the effectiveness of research and training. Four special lectures were held this semester. In order to guide teachers to use Chinese textbooks published by UNESCO correctly, Director Jiang gave a lecture entitled "Using Chinese textbooks published by UNESCO", Director gave a lecture entitled "How to do a good job as a head teacher", the principal gave a lecture entitled "Problems and countermeasures in student management" and gave a lecture on "Use of hierarchical test cards for mathematics teachers", which made them gain something.

Everyone wrote more than 5000 words of self-study notes and reading notes.
6. A project-driven teaching and research mechanism with full participation has been formed. With the promotion of the 11th Five-Year Plan project "Design of Students' Autonomous Learning Activities in Chinese Reading Teaching in Primary Schools" and the 12th Five-Year Plan project "Experiment and Research on Effective Chinese Teaching Behavior in Primary Schools", we will promote teaching reform with scientific research, carry out research on teaching methods and learning methods, and effectively solve the problems existing in teaching. In the research process, according to the requirements of the research plan, theoretical study, personal experiment, collective discussion, reflection and summary are adopted to strengthen the discussion.
Carry out "copying class, on-the-job training demonstration class, effective teaching research report class" activities. Every time teachers who go out to visit and study talk about "copying lessons" after returning to school, May and June 10 are designated as "Listening Month" and "On-the-job Training Demonstration Month" every year, and "Effective Teaching Research Report Class" is held in June and June10, so as to achieve the goal of full participation, and each teacher gives a lecture. In short, school-based research is a road that combines theory with practice, sets off exploration and growth, and develops together with individuals and schools. Through the unremitting efforts of all teachers, all aspects have made certain achievements and progress, and initially formed a school-based management system and a school-based research mechanism. However, this is only a few achievements. The quality of school-based research needs to be further improved, and the quality of teachers' research needs to be improved. School-based research and classroom teaching need to be more closely combined to make school-based research constantly improve, develop and innovate.
In the new year, our school will, as always, do a good job in school-based research, mainly from four aspects: First, team building.
