Automatic filtering, only records that meet a set of conditions can be filtered from the worksheet at a time. There is also advanced filtering, which can filter out multiple groups of bars at the same time? Shovel muscle? Br> Operating Steps of Advanced Filtering:
The first step is to list the filter conditions.
In the filter criteria table, the first row is the header row, and the contents of the cells are the filter criteria (fields).
In the filter condition table, one or more sets of filter conditions are specified. Each line (except the header line) corresponds to a filter condition. Each row condition is independent. In other words, if there are two rows of filter criteria, the final filter result includes both records that meet the first row of filter criteria and records that meet the second row of filter criteria. Allow blank cells except the header row.
Tip: In order to prevent hidden columns in the original worksheet, the filter condition table is usually made below or to the right of the original table.
Step 2: Select all or part of the original worksheet, but it must contain the header row. Then click Data, Filters and Advanced Filters.
