This half semester, as a study committee member, I summed up several advantages and disadvantages from my classmates' usual study, some students who study actively and have poor grades.

First of all, let me talk about the advantages of my classmates! First, most students are serious in class, do not desert, and abide by classroom discipline. Among them, Feng, Liang Jiaying,, and so on are outstanding in this project. These students not only listen carefully in class, but also think hard and speak actively; Second, students' homework is neat and tidy, and they don't scribble. Students who have done well are: Ye Zijun, Deng, Li Langyan, etc. They also finish their homework independently and don't copy; Thirdly, some students consciously read useful books after class to enhance their knowledge. Students who consciously read useful extracurricular books are: Liang Jiaying, Huo, etc. Fourth, many students are quiet and not noisy. Without a teacher, they consciously and seriously study in the self-study class managed by the class cadres, complete the homework assigned by the teacher, and read quietly after finishing. Outstanding performers in this respect are Feng, Yu, Zhao Fengqing, Li Langyan and Zhao Zihao. These students study quietly, don't make noise, and obey the command of class cadres; Fifth, when other students are resting, Huang Kefeng, Cai Zhihao, Gu Jiongyu and other students take the initiative to find a tutor, and they solve all the problems they don't understand through tutoring. So this mid-term exam, these students' grades have improved than before.

These are the advantages of our classmates and many active classmates, but we also have some shortcomings and poor students. First, Huo, Gu Jiongyu sometimes sleeps on his stomach in class and doesn't attend classes. Second, some students interrupt the teacher in class, such as Zhong, Cai Zhihao and Huo. These students not only interfere with the teacher's class, but also interfere with other students who are listening carefully. Third, some students can't be quiet in the self-study class and can't obey the management of the class cadres: they consciously read books, do their homework and study ... These students are Deng, Cai Zhihao and Huo.

All the above are the learning situations of our class that I found in the past half semester. I not only praised many students who are active in their studies, but also criticized some students who are not good at their performances. I hope these criticized students can learn from the praised students and make our class an excellent one.
