"Understanding RMB" is the knowledge in the second volume of the first-grade textbook of Primary Mathematics People's Education Edition. The focus of this teaching is to understand RMB, and the difficulty is the conversion between RMB yuan and angular units. After teaching, I think the following aspects are very enlightening and rewarding:

First, create problem situations to stimulate interest in learning.

In the teaching process of this class, I follow the principle that "mathematics teaching must pay attention to students' familiar life scenes and interesting things and provide them with opportunities for observation and operation." Let them realize that mathematics is around, feel the interest and function of mathematics, and have a sense of intimacy with mathematics. By observing the pictures of students shopping, we can understand the role of RMB, and then introduce new courses to understand RMB. Through the exchange of games, simulated shopping and other activities, we can deepen our understanding of various denominations of RMB, further understand the conversion relationship between RMB units, cultivate students' application awareness, and stimulate students' desire to participate and interest in learning.

Second, create an independent and cooperative learning space to cultivate students' cooperative consciousness and exploration spirit.

Let students explore independently has become a new trend and hot spot in the reform and development of mathematics teaching. In teaching, teachers should fully estimate students' starting point, start from students' existing life experience and cognitive level, give full play to students' initiative in learning, and handle teaching materials flexibly. In the teaching of this class, according to the characteristics of the first-year students, I divided the 36 students in the class into 4 groups on average, and each group sat together. After learning about RMB, I asked the students to divide RMB themselves. Some students divide it into banknotes and coins, while others divide it into pennies, dimes and yuan coins. I'm sure of everything. The whole process creates an independent, cooperative and exploratory learning environment for students, which enables students to master the understanding of RMB in a relaxed and happy state of mind and cultivate students' sense of group cooperation and exploration spirit.

Third, in mathematics appreciation, improve students' comprehensive humanistic quality.

Mathematics is closely related to natural science and humanities, so that students can experience the relationship between mathematics and natural science and humanities in solving problems, operating activities and appreciation.

In this class, I made courseware related to supermarket shopping, and prepared different denominations of RMB and pictures about RMB. Portraits of people of various nationalities, pictures of famous mountains and rivers, and various symbols ... all bring a rich cultural atmosphere to mathematics classes, which embodies the combination of people and society with a small RMB, which is not only the transmission of knowledge, but also the infiltration of cultural exchanges. This teaching process increases the experience of mathematics appreciation by creating situations, which not only enriches students' perceptual knowledge, but also embodies students' aesthetic taste and ability, cultivates sentiment and stimulates interest.

Fourthly, attaching importance to hands-on practice is another theme of this class.

According to the nature and characteristics of learning knowledge, I designed many operation activities in this class. For example, the classification of RMB and different payment methods. Let students "do math" by themselves through discovery, identification, touching, comparison and posing, communicate in time from sensibility to rationality, and combine operation with thinking, so that operation can become the source of cultivating students' innovative consciousness.

Five, timely ideological and moral education for students.

In this class, I have achieved my predetermined emotional goal: while learning about RMB, I will educate students to love RMB, guide them to form the good habit of thrift and washing their hands after using RMB, and inspire their patriotic feelings.

In a word, mathematics comes from life and is applied to life. In junior high school mathematics teaching, we should use teaching materials reasonably according to students' characteristics, stimulate students' interest in learning, create a relaxed learning atmosphere, and let students learn to learn autonomous learning, cooperative learning and inquiry learning.
