Self-study examination of higher education, referred to as self-study examination and self-study examination, is divided into social candidates and candidates who apply for the examination. Self-study examination system is the largest open higher education system in the world, which can best embody the concept of lifelong education and the characteristics of learning society.
It is a "university without walls" with China characteristics, and it is the cradle of self-study, with the national examination as the mainstay and individual self-study as the mainstay. Self-taught examination has the advantages of flexible learning style, small contradiction between work and study, low cost, "lenient entrance and strict exit" and "separation of teaching and examination". All China people and citizens, regardless of gender, age, nationality, race and education level, can take the self-study exam.
Self-study exams gradually complete their studies by accumulating credits. Learners complete all the courses specified in the professional examination plan and obtain qualified grades, and complete graduation thesis or other teaching time tasks. Those who pass the ideological and moral appraisal are allowed to graduate and obtain corresponding graduation certificates, and their academic qualifications are recognized by the state. Graduates of self-study exams who meet the degree requirements shall be awarded bachelor's degrees by examiners with the right to award degrees in accordance with relevant regulations.
