Mathematics class makes us understand the mystery of mathematics better and make our brains more flexible. English class makes it more convenient for us to communicate with foreign friends and to learn English in the future! "One minute on stage, ten years off stage!" I am a girl in Class 4, and I finally succeeded in this exam.
I always lack confidence before exams. Now that the results have come out, I understand that it is wrong to be unsure. In the mid-term exam, I only got 88 points in Chinese and 80 points in math. I thought the mid-term exam was so difficult that the final exam must be more difficult.

In September this year, with the merger of the original eight-card preschool class, I came to teach at the Central Primary School. So, for me, everything is new, new school, new classmates, new working environment and new interpersonal relationships.
This time, the school arranged for me to teach all subjects in the fourth grade and serve as the head teacher. Although I have been a head teacher for more than ten years, I have always been the head teacher of preschool class. Through half a year's time, I deeply feel the importance and greatness of the work of the head teacher in the general class. In the past six months, I have been filled with gratitude in the process of growing up with students. I want to thank my students. They let me feel the growing happiness in my work, and also let me gradually build confidence in myself. They gave me a lot of sparks about education, life, study and life. I want to thank the school leaders and colleagues. Your serious and responsible attitude has given me the power of example. As the basic unit of school teaching activities, class management plays a decisive role in the healthy and all-round development of students and the completion of various educational and teaching tasks.
I mainly start from the following aspects:
1, pay close attention to the learning atmosphere and reshape students' study habits.
When I first took this course, students' study habits were different. Whether we can cultivate students' habits of learning to learn, doing things and living together at the beginning is related to the future development of the whole class. The students in my class are generally in good condition, but the learning atmosphere is not very good. There are often students who don't do their homework or forget things. In view of these situations, I will pay close attention to students' study habits: arrive at school in the morning and consciously read early; Activities between classes, civilized and disciplined; Finish your homework, learn to check and so on. After this semester's training, the class spirit and study habits have been obviously improved.
2, imperceptibly, casting good living habits.
There is a famous saying that "habit is a great guide to life". Therefore, helping and guiding students to form good habits is the key to the work of educators and class teachers, and it is also the guarantee of success and success. I often guide students through class activities, telling stories, reading books, chatting and other forms to help them develop good living habits. Pay attention to personal hygiene, wash your hands before and after meals, and don't make any noise when eating. Song, a classmate in my class, has poor living habits. His hands are dirty every day, his hair can be washed for a month, not to mention his clothes, and he often smells bad. None of the students wants to be with him. Seeing this situation, I will remind him to wash his hands every day and urge him to wash his hair at least once or twice a week and change clothes frequently. Now, his living habits have changed a lot.
3. Cultivate an efficient team of class cadres.
When I first started school, I was busy every day, but the effect was not ideal. Is it too inefficient to be a class teacher? Do you have to do your best to be a class teacher until you die? Communicate with other class teachers after class. The crux of the original problem lies in not cultivating an efficient class cadre team well. The relationship between the class teacher, the class cadre and the students is like an umbrella handle, a bracket and a piece of cloth. No matter how good the umbrella handle is, it can't hold up a day without the support of the bracket. It is quite useful to wear a top hat for class cadres to train them. I used this method at first, but it was not so handy. The main reason is that the time and occasion are not well grasped. Although I often wear a top hat for class cadres in public, which can stimulate the fighting spirit of class cadres, it will inadvertently arouse the dissatisfaction of other students and think that the teacher exaggerates the role of class cadres. Later, I changed careers, from public to underground work, and the class cadres were enthusiastic after wearing high hats. But everyone's mood can't be high forever, and class cadres are prone to depression when they encounter setbacks. At this time, I will teach them some working methods and skills.
Now, although they are sometimes naive, they have become my irreplaceable right-hand man. As a preschool director, this is absolutely incomprehensible.
Fourth, attach importance to contact with parents and manage children in two ways.
Children's progress and collective growth are inseparable from teachers and parents. In order to better understand the students' situation in an all-round way, I have established close contact and friendly exchanges with my parents through various forms. This semester, we will continue to carry out home visits, face-to-face interviews and other forms, and hold parent-teacher meetings in 1 1 month. Introduce some methods and experiences of educating children to parents, recommend some books on education, such as How to Educate an Only Child, How to Make Your Child Smarter, Parents Must Read, etc., and ask parents to create the necessary learning environment for their children at home and set a good example for them. Through these efforts, many parents attach importance to their children's education, improve their educational methods, enhance their sense of responsibility as parents, and achieve good results.
