I still remember my primary school career in recent years! I have a pair of bright eyes, a big nose and a smooth tongue, which are my most basic characteristics. In September this year, with the merger of the original eight-card preschool class, I came to teach at the Central Primary School. So, for me, everything is new, new school, new classmates, new working environment and new interpersonal relationships.

This time, the school arranged for me to teach all subjects in the fourth grade and serve as the head teacher. Although I have been a head teacher for more than ten years, I have always been the head teacher of preschool class. Through half a year's time, I deeply feel the importance and greatness of the work of the head teacher in the general class. In the past six months, I have been filled with gratitude in the process of growing up with students. I want to thank my students. They let me feel the growing happiness in my work, and also let me gradually build confidence in myself. They gave me a lot of sparks about education, life, study and life. I mainly start from the following aspects:

When I first took this course, students' study habits were different. The students in my class are generally in good condition, but the learning atmosphere is not very good. There are often students who don't do their homework or forget things. In view of these situations, I will pay close attention to students' study habits: arrive at school in the morning and consciously read early; Activities between classes, civilized and disciplined; Finish your homework, learn to check and so on. After this semester's training, the class spirit and study habits have been obviously improved.

3. Cultivate an efficient team of class cadres.

When I first started school, I was busy every day, but the effect was not ideal. Is it too inefficient to be a class teacher? Do you have to do your best to be a class teacher until you die? Communicate with other class teachers after class. The crux of the original problem lies in not cultivating an efficient class cadre team well. The relationship between the class teacher, the class cadre and the students is like an umbrella handle, a bracket and a piece of cloth. No matter how good the umbrella handle is, it can't hold up a day without the support of the bracket. It is quite useful to wear a top hat for class cadres to train them. I used this method at first, but it was not so handy. The main reason is that the time and occasion are not well grasped. Although I often wear a top hat for class cadres in public, which can stimulate the fighting spirit of class cadres, it will inadvertently arouse the dissatisfaction of other students and think that the teacher exaggerates the role of class cadres. Later, I changed careers, from public to underground work, and the class cadres were enthusiastic after wearing high hats. But everyone's mood can't be high forever, and class cadres are prone to depression when they encounter setbacks. At this time, I will teach them some working methods and skills.

Now, although they are sometimes naive, they have become my irreplaceable right-hand man. As a preschool director, this is absolutely incomprehensible.

Fourth, attach importance to contact with parents and manage children in two ways.

Children's progress and collective growth are inseparable from teachers and parents. In order to better understand the students' situation in an all-round way, I have established close contact and friendly exchanges with my parents through various forms.
