1. First draw a circle whose right side is concave inward.

2. Then draw some small houses and small trees at the bottom of the circle for decoration.

Draw some numbers on the edge of the picture, and then decorate the numbers in different ways. You can also draw some clouds on the border for decoration.

4. Next, you can start coloring. Colour the borders yellow, the numbers and mathematical symbols orange and pink, the houses red and blue and the trees green.

5. Paint the edge of the cloud blue, or paint some blue dots in the middle as decoration.

6. Finally, draw a grid line inside and tidy it up, and a beautiful mathematical handwritten newspaper border will be completed.
