Skip code originated from the Bible. Decades ago, some mathematicians and physicists discovered a secret-if you skip some words in the Bible, you can get some new content. As a result, some people later regarded this as a way to encrypt letters, hiding what they originally wanted to say in more words, while others needed to jump apart some words at equal distances to understand the original meaning of letters.
For example, Sherlock Holmes once learned that his partner John Watson was in danger through a jump code. At that time, Holmes received some text messages like this:
Save the soul! John or James Voss?
Save your soul! John or james watson)
Holmes read every two words and found the real information:
Save John Waston.
(Save John Watson)
