The definition of Beiyou people
Beiyou people, especially the BBS- Beiyou people forum of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications.

Generally refers to the students of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, and can be abbreviated as BYR or byr in English.

Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications was founded in 1955, so the first batch of Beiyou people appeared in 1955, with about 50 brothers and sisters. BYR accepted the frontier scholarship of information technology in China, and distributed all over the country after graduation, making great contributions to the IT industry in China.

Under the careful training of teachers, Beiyou people worked hard, made continuous progress and achieved excellent results. Over the years, they have been among the best in various competitions held in China and Beijing, such as CET-4 and CET-6, higher education, college physics, mathematical modeling and electronic design. Alumni have traveled to more than 30 universities in the United States, Japan, Canada, France, Germany, Russia, Denmark, Poland and other countries and regions to participate in inter-school cooperation and exchanges.
