I. Recruitment positions

Middle school teachers 120, primary school teachers 20 (see recruitment position table for details).

Second, the qualifications of candidates.

(1) Basic conditions:

1. has the nationality of China people and enjoys the political rights of citizens;

2. Law-abiding, well-behaved, and have good professional ethics;

3. Have the professional and technical conditions, job qualifications, professional qualifications and skills required for the post;

4. Good health;

5. Non-resident population in Guangzhou (including Zengcheng and Conghua) should meet the population access conditions in Guangzhou;

6. Have other conditions required for the post.

(2) Specific conditions:

1. Social workers must meet the following conditions:

(1) Persons with permanent residence in Guangzhou (excluding Zengcheng and Conghua):

Bachelor degree or above or intermediate (senior primary school teacher, middle school teacher) or above professional and technical qualification, and the age limit is under 40 years old (1 born after June, 9661);

Postgraduate degree or undergraduate degree with the title of senior middle school teacher, and the age limit is under 45 years old (1 961born after June1);

(2) Persons who are not permanent residents of Guangzhou City (including Zengcheng City and Conghua City) (among them, married persons whose spouses are not permanent residents of Guangzhou City must meet the requirements at the same time):

Bachelor's degree or above with bachelor's degree or intermediate (senior primary school teacher, first-level middle school teacher) professional and technical qualifications are limited to under 35 years old (1 971June1born later);

Graduate of national education, with master's degree or above and intermediate professional and technical qualification, under 40 years old (1 born after June, 9661);

(3) All candidates must hold a teacher qualification certificate.

2. Graduates shall meet the following requirements:

(1) has a bachelor's degree or above and a bachelor's degree or above;

(2) Pass the Putonghua proficiency test-those who apply for the position of Chinese teacher must reach Grade A and above, and those who apply for other positions must reach Grade B and above;

(3) Pass the computer proficiency test-computer proficiency test for non-computer graduates. Science graduates must reach the first level, and computer and related majors must reach the second level or above;

(4) The English level of English major graduates must reach CET-4 or above;

(5) Non-normal graduates must have studied pedagogy and educational psychology. (If the school has not organized relevant examinations and tests and has not obtained relevant certificates, truly outstanding candidates can receive them first, and candidates should obtain relevant certificates themselves during the probation period, otherwise the employment relationship will be terminated and returned to the dispatching unit or talent exchange service institution. )

Third, the recruitment method

(1) Registration

Applicants log on to China Guangzhou Personnel Network (www.gzpi.gov.cn), Haizhu District Public Information Network (www.haizhu.gov.cn), Haizhu District Personnel Information Network (hzqrsj.haizhu.gov.cn), Haizhu District Education Information Network (www.haizhuedu.net) and Haizhu Talent Network (www.gzpi.gov.cn) for online registration. Registration time is from 8: 00 to 23: 00 on April 17 17: 00.

Each applicant is limited to 2 positions (in-service teachers should indicate the name, detailed address and postal code of the unit where the file is located in the remarks column). The positions reported are divided into the first volunteer position and the second volunteer position, with the first volunteer position as the main record and the second volunteer position as the auxiliary record. If no additional recording occurs, the second volunteer position will be invalid.

The recruiter conducts the preliminary qualification examination of the candidates online, and the candidates who pass the preliminary examination pay the fees through the online payment system. The deadline for payment is April 25th 17: 00. From 8: 00 on April 27th to April 30th 12: 00, written test candidates will download and print the written test admission ticket through the above website (written test candidates do not need to print the admission ticket after paying the fee).

(2) Examination

The examination consists of three parts: written examination, interview and teaching ability test (teaching or trial teaching).

(1) written test

The contents of the written test include: pedagogy, basic theoretical knowledge of psychology, conventional knowledge of classroom teaching, teaching skills, new curriculum reform concept, policies and regulations related to basic education, common sense of official document writing, logic and language ability, etc.

Candidates with intermediate or above titles can directly enter the qualification examination and interview without written examination.

The written test time is May 7, and the specific time and examination room arrangement are subject to the admission ticket.

The written test results will be published on Haizhu District Public Information Network, Haizhu District Personnel Information Network and Haizhu District Education Information Network after May 9.

(2) Qualification examination and interview

The qualification examination will be held on May 13, and only those who pass the qualification examination can participate in the interview (the qualification examination place will be notified separately). Those who fail to participate in the qualification examination according to the specified time shall be deemed to have given up the interview qualification.

Qualification examination and interview list determination method: 1. According to the written test results, the number of applicants and the number of written tests are 1: 10( 1 candidate's position) or1:7 (two-person position) or 1: 5 (candidate) respectively, and the registration ratio is lower than 1:5. 2. Those who meet the requirements for exemption from written examination will all enter the qualification examination and interview.

The personnel participating in the qualification examination shall provide the following materials as the basis for qualification examination:

Social workers shall provide the originals and photocopies (A4 specifications) of their ID cards, marriage certificates, household registration books, family planning certificates, academic certificates, degree certificates, professional title certificates, teacher qualification certificates, honorary certificates, published papers, works and other materials, as well as their resumes.

Graduates are required to provide employment recommendation form, employment agreement (suspended employment agreement, graduation certificate, degree certificate), ID card, family planning certificate, Putonghua proficiency test certificate, computer proficiency certificate, English proficiency certificate (English major), Guangzhou Shengyuan graduates are required to submit household registration book (address page, personal page, which is not accepted by agricultural registered permanent residence), and non-normal graduates are required to submit the original and photocopy of certificates of pedagogy and educational psychology.

Applicants should meet the qualifications for the published position, and the materials submitted must be consistent with the information filled in at the time of registration. If there is any discrepancy or fraud, the interview qualification will be cancelled.

The interview mainly examines the applicant's adaptability to the position, including oral expression ability, mastery of relevant professional knowledge, judgment and analysis ability, etc.

(3) Education and teaching ability test

According to the order of interview results, the list of candidates who entered the education and teaching ability test from the interview is determined according to the ratio of the number of applicants to the number of interviewers in each position 1:5( 1 person's position) or1:4 (two-person position) or1:3 (three or more positions). The teaching ability test takes the form of lectures or trial lectures. Only those who have scored 60 points or above in the education and teaching ability test can enter the physical examination and assessment.

(3) Physical examination and evaluation

According to the order of educational and teaching ability test results, the list of participants is determined according to the ratio of 1: 1, and the physical examination standard is implemented with reference to the General Standard for Civil Servants' Physical Examination (Trial) issued by the Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Health. Those who pass the medical examination will be assessed. The assessment contents mainly include ideological and political performance, moral quality, professional ability and work performance. If the medical examination or assessment is unqualified, it will be replenished according to the test results of education and teaching ability.

(4) Supplementary records

When the number of the first volunteer candidates who meet the recruitment requirements of a position does not reach the recruitment number, the second volunteer candidates will be re-enrolled. The object of the supplementary record is the person who failed to be hired after entering the education and teaching ability test of the first voluntary unit. Re-recording personnel directly participate in the education and teaching ability test of the re-recording unit. Finally, according to the number of re-enrollments, the list of medical examiners is determined according to the ratio of 1: 1 among the trainees.

(5) Employment and publicity

The proposed employment list was publicized for 5 days in Haizhu District Public Information Network, Haizhu District Personnel Information Network and Haizhu District Education Information Network. After the expiration of the publicity period, go through the formalities of receiving or handing over.

(6) On the issue of fees.

Those who pass the online qualification examination pay the registration and written examination fee (the interview examination fee is for those who directly enter the interview without taking the written examination), and each person is 55 yuan. If you fail to pass the qualification examination before the interview or fail to take the exam for my own reasons, no refund will be given. Those who enter the interview through written examination will be charged the 30 yuan interview examination fee separately.
