The intense and busy semester work is coming to an end, and every teacher in our fourth-grade math group is busy finishing the work with a serious and pragmatic attitude. At ordinary times, the whole group of teachers try their best to grasp teaching, details and reality, and constantly explore, reflect and communicate in practice to achieve common growth and truly improve teaching efficiency. We have specifically done the following aspects:

First, strengthen routine management and optimize classroom teaching.

1, strictly implement the curriculum plan, teachers can prepare enough lessons as required, and most young teachers can write detailed plans and reflect on them in time.

At the beginning of the semester, our group of teachers carefully studied the teaching plan, made clear the direction and focus of work, and formulated practical teaching plans in combination with the actual situation of the class. In order to give full play to the characteristics of each teacher, colleagues learn from each other, learn from each other, discuss the key points and difficulties of the research by means of collective learning materials, and one person is responsible for giving lectures and preparing lessons in groups. On this basis, each teacher will modify his own teaching style according to the characteristics of students in his own class, so as to reflect his own personality in teaching and let every teacher have a good lesson.

In this issue, teacher Kuang Haibin of our group gave a teaching and research class "Knowledge of Pancake" in Yuhua District, Tan gave a lecture class "Line, Ray and Angle" and a teaching and research class "Pigeon Hole Principle" in the grade group, and Ren Xiaoli gave a teaching and research class "Queuing Strategy" in the grade group. After each class, we will have a collective evaluation, analysis and summary.

Teachers in our group attach importance to students' understanding of mathematics, so that students can understand and understand the process of solving mathematical problems, which is a process full of observation, experiment, induction, analogy and guess. We can attach importance to students' emotional experience in class, so that students can get the happiness of success in mathematics learning, exercise their will to overcome difficulties and establish self-confidence; Attach importance to the development of students' exploration and innovation spirit in the process of solving problems, experience the diversity of problem-solving strategies, learn to cooperate with others, and learn to express and communicate mathematics.

2. Homework design: This grade discusses problems such as homework design and workload, usually arranges scientific and valuable homework, and introduces characteristic homework and innovative homework according to the characteristics of students in the class; Homework correction is timely and serious, and students' correction can be re-approved in time. During the whole period, four homework cross-checks were conducted.

3. Assessment of cultural knowledge: Usually, in the group, you can do quality analysis seriously in every inspection.

4. Make up the difference by cultivating outstanding students: This semester, teachers not only attach importance to the counseling of students with learning difficulties, but also strengthen the counseling of top students. Usually, we use rest time and talent class to help students learn interesting mathematics, which makes different students have different development in mathematics. Every time we give guidance to the talent class, our teaching and research team members will carefully select teaching materials to carry out activities according to the actual situation of students. In teaching, we attach importance to the cultivation of mathematical ability and good calculation habits, and pay more attention to the cultivation of students' innovative thinking.

Second, strengthen the construction of teachers and create a learning and innovative team of teachers.

1. Build a team of learning teachers who care about each other, help each other, learn from each other and communicate with each other. All members of this group can give full play to their advantages, help each other, learn from each other, unite and make progress, and successfully complete all the work this semester. Our fourth-grade mathematics teaching and research group is a United and warm group. Our office never needs to arrange teachers to be on duty. Mr. Yu, our group leader, often cleans the office very clean. When there were no garbage bags in the office, Mr. Tan immediately bought garbage bags from the supermarket.

2. In order to further strengthen the research of mathematics classroom teaching reform and improve the quality of classroom teaching, we have carefully studied the new curriculum standards and further understood the spirit of the new curriculum standards. Under the guidance of the new concept of basic education reform, we have further changed teachers' teaching concepts, learned effective teaching methods, and reflected and applied them in practice in time.

3. In order to further improve their mathematics literacy and mathematics education and teaching level, they can actively participate in various lectures and studies inside and outside the school, insist on weekly teaching and research, and write teaching reflections and essays. This semester, the whole group of teachers will attend more than 20 classes and write reflections or essays in time.

4. In order to further improve our awareness and level of application of modern educational technology, in normal times, we study network technology seriously and insist on collecting relevant mathematics education and teaching resources (courseware and excellent teaching design) through the network in order to enjoy the resources. Dozens of courseware have been used in this semester, and almost every class is multimedia teaching. Teacher Ren Xiaoli has compiled the Script for Making Subtraction Courseware Preliminary Understanding and the Script for Making Progressive Courseware between Regional Units.

Third, vigorously promote the new curriculum reform and continue to deepen the classroom teaching reform.

1, firmly establish the idea that "classroom teaching" is the main position of quality education, and actively build classroom teaching concepts, methods and evaluation systems that adapt to the times and children's physical and mental development under the new curriculum standards. Every teacher takes "trying to do every class well" as the minimum requirement of his work, and effectively improves efficiency for 40 minutes.

2. Change the way students learn. This semester, we will continue to change students' single receptive learning style, advocate research learning, discovery learning, participatory learning, experiential learning and practical learning, realize the diversified transformation to students' learning style, change what I want to learn into what I want to learn, what I can learn and what I will learn, promote the all-round development of students' knowledge, skills, emotions, attitudes and values, and lay the foundation for cultivating talents needed in the future.

3. Strengthen the research on curriculum reform, establish and gradually improve the evaluation system suitable for modern education, and stimulate the enthusiasm of teachers to participate in curriculum reform. The evaluation of students should not only pay attention to their academic achievements, but also discover and develop their various strengths and potentials, understand their development needs, help them know themselves and establish self-confidence.

Fourth, the existing problems

2. For students with serious learning problems, although parents' cooperative education is not in place, teachers should have enough love, patience, talk more and encourage more.

We make full use of our time to study and discuss teaching materials, teaching problems, students' problems and so on. Everyone speaks freely, helps each other and solves problems in teaching and research. Although there is no vigorous performance in our group, everyone works hard in ordinary teaching work. We are determined to "love our career, practice in theoretical study, strengthen scientific consciousness and strengthen teaching business" in our future work.
