Direction of postgraduate entrance examination for applied mathematics specialty
There are five postgraduate majors in mathematics, namely, basic mathematics, applied mathematics, probability theory and mathematical statistics, computational mathematics, operational research and cybernetics.

After 1, the development direction of basic mathematics is basically engaged in theoretical research. If you want to stay in colleges and universities (undergraduate, Ph.D. at least 2 1 1 colleges and universities), you have to continue to study PhD;

The subjects of applied mathematics are ideological and political theory, English-one or French, analysis, algebra and geometry. These four subjects are all unified examination subjects.

The full mark of the applied mathematics entrance exam is 500, including 100 for ideological and political theory, 100 for learning English or French,100 for analysis, 150 for algebraic geometry. The second interview is not consistent in each school.
