In various fields, this book is equipped with rich cases and solving programs to help readers understand LINGO software in depth. At the same time, this book is specially equipped with a chapter to introduce application examples in mathematical modeling, which is based on 10 classic cases of mathematical modeling, in which all models of 9 cases are programmed by LINGO and debugged in LINGO 12 version. These cases condense the programming experience and ingenious ideas accumulated by the author over the years.
On the basis of introducing the basic usage of LINGO and the interface between LINGO and external files in a simple way, this book introduces LINGO software and its application in two levels:
At the first level, based on mathematical programming, graph theory and network optimization, multi-objective programming and other common fields of LINGO software, the conventional means and skills of LINGO software to solve optimization models are introduced.
The second level introduces the application of LINGO software in non-optimization field with the background of game theory, storage theory, queuing theory, decision analysis, evaluation method and least square method, and fully demonstrates the advantages and application expansion of LINGO software.
