I feel a little excited to attend this meeting, because we can meet Professor Luo Zengru, known as the "Paulia" of the East, and listen to his lectures with our own eyes. He is the idol of many mathematicians, and many math teachers grew up studying Master Luo's works. Listening to his teachings face to face is our dream for many years.

On the morning of the first day of the meeting, three wonderful classes, Fractions by Teacher Lu of Jinxiu Experimental School in Nanxun District, Re-exploration of Square by Junior High School Mathematics Researcher Jiang Xiaoxiang of Nanxun District Education and Teaching Research and Training Center, and Images and Properties of Inverse Proportional Function by Teacher Sun of Jiangsu Senior Middle School Experimental School, showed avant-garde teaching ideas with superb classroom teaching ability and were deeply inspired by their profound understanding of the teaching materials. Professor Luo commented on classroom research from three aspects: teaching objectives, students' cognitive basis and teaching methods, and put forward the concepts of "combination of presupposition and generation" and "combination of teacher-led and student-centered".

Professor Luo gave four lectures on teachers' professional development, case analysis and teacher development, problem-solving analysis and teacher development, thesis writing and teacher development under the background of core literacy. Professor Luo talks about teacher development from one, two and three aspects of core literacy according to his personal experience. It is a case; Two ways; Triple realm. The two ways are "success through action" in school-based teaching and research and "family by post" in education and teaching, so as to improve the two core competitiveness of mathematics teaching and mathematics problem solving and occupy the commanding heights of mathematics teaching and mathematics problem solving. The triple realm is the first realm of teacher development: being an experienced teacher (standing on the podium), the second realm being a technical teacher (standing on the podium), and the third realm being a teaching and research teacher (standing on the podium).

It is pointed out that mathematics teachers should cultivate students' mathematical core literacy; Teachers are an important factor affecting core literacy. Without the guidance of teachers, "integrating core literacy into the actual teaching process" will be empty talk. Middle school teachers want to be "space rockets" and put satellites (students) into orbit, but their flying level is getting higher and higher every time. According to his own experience, Professor Luo suggested that case analysis should be taken as a breakthrough to promote teachers to "become successful" and "become married". He put forward expectations for teachers: to understand three terms: case, case teaching and case study; Participate in an action, case analysis; Take away a belief: I want to do it, and I can also do case analysis. He turned difficult mathematical terms into easy-to-understand life examples, turned troublesome thesis writing into interesting research cases, and turned problem-solving teaching into a spark of thinking fireworks.

Professor Luo became an expert in national training from high flyers, a math major in a key university, to a miner for ten years, and from a teacher in a children's school for eight years to a university teacher. This leap again and again has recorded his footsteps of down-to-earth exploration, condensed the crystallization of his wisdom and shone with extraordinary light of life. The road to Luo Zengru is the road of persistence and persistence.
