Finger measurement
When looking for acupoints, Chinese medicine has the saying that "the size is the same". Although the location of acupoints is the same for everyone, the size and width of each person's fingers vary greatly according to age, physique and gender. So be sure to use your fingers when determining the acupoints.
Finger width-the width of the first joint of the thumb, that is, one inch.
Three-finger width-the sum of the width of the first joint of the index finger, middle finger and ring finger, that is, 2 inches.
Four-finger width-the sum of the widths of the second joint of index finger, middle finger, ring finger and the first joint of little finger, that is, 3 inches.
