The difference between metaphysics and dialectics
The difference between metaphysics and dialectics is as follows:

There are two ways to define a concept (as far as I know): one is inductive definition, the other is dialectical definition, which is actually logic and dialectics.

For example, the definition of the concept of "apple" is logically defined as follows: first, the upper layer of the concept of "apple" is "fruit", and the concept of "fruit" should be used to define "apple". Apple is a kind of fruit. The definition in Encyclopedia is: Apple belongs to the genus Malus of Rosaceae. The superordinate concept borrowed by Encyclopedia is the concept of "plant".

At this time, an interesting phenomenon appeared, that is, how to define the concept of "plant". His upper concept is "organic matter", so how to define "organic matter"?

His upper concept is "matter", which has been pushed to the final destination, that is, the omnipotent "God", which is why many people say that "the end of science is theology", and even Newton finally believed in God.

Therefore, when different concepts are defined in a logical way, they become metaphysics. Linguistics itself is a collection of concepts, so it is naturally metaphysics. Mathematics may be related to induction in logic, followed by linguistics-logic-mathematics-theology.

Dialectics' definition of things

Not to mention this, it is the unity of opposites. Define white with black, short with height, and sweet with bitterness, and the concept of apple becomes: round, sweet, hard, seeded and so on, such an object.

metaphysics

It is isolated, one-sided and static, and the main reason comes from logic. Logical induction needs to treat things as static, otherwise it cannot be induced, so it is static.

At the same time, because of stillness, the understanding of object attributes is becoming more and more incomplete with the change of time, so it is one-sided and isolation comes from relative dialectics. There are different ways to define concepts, which is also the most fundamental reason why logic goes to theology.

Logic itself is indeed affected (perhaps so is mathematics, such as pi or calculus, which can be infinitely approximated, but just out of reach). For example, classical mechanics was overthrown by relativity, but we can't do without this metaphysical thinking and many scientific achievements.

Dialectics seems to have no major problems and obvious harm, but its application scope seems to be more political. In science and technology, perhaps quantum mechanics has applied this kind of thinking.
