How to calculate the thickness of blown film by mathematical formula?
Control the thickness of film blowing: the "half milligram weight" of film blowing process is calculated according to the "gram weight" of a single product provided by the order.

The formula is as follows:

Half a milligram weight of single thread = gram weight of single product (g)×500mm/ bag width (mm)

Double-thread half-gram weight = gram weight of single product (g)×500mm×2/ bag width (mm)

The product thickness during film blowing is generally determined by "half milligram weight". Under the same size, the heavier the product is, the thicker it is, and vice versa.
