Nowadays, most parents and students have lofty goals and high expectations, and lack understanding of their own abilities and analysis of their own situation. I always want to enter the winning number university, regardless of reality. As a result, reality is far from ideal. So I guide different types of students in my class to set different goals. For students with good learning foundation, because of their quick thinking, quick completion of homework and spare capacity in learning, we should encourage them to be dissatisfied with the present situation, read more books, accumulate more books, read Chinese and foreign books extensively, expand their knowledge, think more and experience the happiness of learning success. For students with poor learning foundation, it is unrealistic to ask them to make big changes because of their study habits and learning ability. Let them gradually improve their scores in individual subjects, and give timely encouragement to the improvement within the target (even if the overall score drops), so that students can understand that as long as they pay, there will always be a return, which will help build up their confidence in learning and arouse their enthusiasm and initiative in learning. "Details determine success or failure, and attitude determines everything." Positive learning attitude is of great benefit to students' correct behavior, good learning effect and enhanced learning resistance. Through the democratic recommendation of the cadres at the beginning of the semester, most students with excellent academic performance were elected. I found that all the students in the class have the desire to learn well. I once talked to a classmate about his learning attitude and said, "Who doesn't want to study hard!" " Yes, I have confirmed this. Now my goal is only to make students develop a positive learning attitude. Cultivating students' good study habits, as a subconscious, has a great influence on people's behavior. Good study habits help to stimulate students' learning enthusiasm and initiative, which is not only beneficial to students' current study, but also beneficial to students' lifelong development. I mainly pay attention to how students listen to lectures, preview, review and finish their homework, especially how to arrange their study time reasonably and study actively. When these are all habits, learning becomes a relaxed and happy thing. In order to form the habit of arranging their own time reasonably, I ask students to make a good timetable first, and then discuss with students individually how to make good use of some comprehensive knowledge five or ten minutes before class. In parallel, parents and students will work together for a period of time to form a habit.
