Tianjin Baihua Experimental Middle School is a private joint-stock senior middle school jointly organized by Tianjin No.100 Middle School, Huaming Group and Yucai Middle School in early 2005, approved by Dongli District Education Bureau and put on record by the Municipal Education Commission. The school implements the principal responsibility system under the leadership of the board of directors.

Huaming Group established Baihua Experimental Middle School Scholarship Fund to encourage students to make progress. In February 2006, the first batch of 39 students were encouraged by their excellent academic performance.
