This semester, I served as the head teacher of Class 2, Grade 3, and I devoted all my energy and love. After a semester, all aspects of the class can be carried out, and the class management is orderly, especially the class spirit and students' morality. Specific measures are as follows:
First, create a harmonious and positive class atmosphere.
The class spirit of a class directly affects all aspects of the class work and the formation of students' character. I am well aware of the importance of class spirit, so from this semester on, I will educate students to love the school and the class. Especially after the renovation of the school, I often call on my classmates to pick up the garbage on the ground. In my usual work and life, I always pay attention to cultivating students' sense of collective honor. Whenever my class gets good grades in study, I encourage them, praise them and celebrate with them. When there are problems in the class and students make mistakes, I will analyze the reasons with them, find the shortcomings, and work together to try to catch up next time. In this long-term atmosphere, students have a very strong sense of collective honor, and the overall atmosphere of the class is positive and energetic.
Second, cultivate students' good behavior habits.
I always think that the primary school stage is the most important stage to cultivate students' good behavior habits, and harvesting a good behavior habit can really benefit them for life. In my normal work and life, I attach great importance to students' moral education. I allow students to make mistakes, but I ask them to admit and correct them voluntarily. I gradually penetrated into students' behavior habits, manners, thoughts and morals, and set an example for them with my own behavior. For the students in our class, I think they are excellent in ideology, morality and behavior habits.
Third, build a bridge between me and my students with love.
1, love is understanding.
Understanding students begins with understanding their families. Parents' age, occupation, home address and living conditions are well known. Then, we should know the children's interests, hobbies, characteristics, any problems and whether they need to be taken care of; Understand children's preschool education and teach students in accordance with their aptitude.
2. Love is caring.
Spring is a period of high incidence of diseases, and children have many colds. Ask students about their health several times a day. In the evening, I have to call the parents of sick children and ask them about their situation. A student in the class got chicken pox and stayed at home for nearly a week before going to school. After coming, she couldn't keep up with the course. I use my lunch break and afternoon break to make up lessons for her, so that she can make up lessons in time.
3. Love is respect.
Respecting, understanding and trusting students is the basis of eliminating blind areas in education. Respect for students means respect for their personality. Only in this way can we close the psychological distance between students and teachers and have a sense of dependence on teachers. In my normal work, I get along with my students as friends. I discuss everything with them, reason with them and ask them to help me. When I do something wrong, I will say thank you and apologize to them. In this long-term communication, children like me and are willing to talk to me. When things happen, they will boldly express their views and do things with their own views. I think this is the basis of communication and the biggest reason for the success of my education.
4. Love is a responsibility.
Teachers' responsibility lies not only in teaching students knowledge, but also in guiding them to learn the basic skills of life and survival, and learn the basic code of conduct of being a man. Students who have just entered the school know very little and will only play as they please. I first used all kinds of nursery rhymes for routine education, which not only made them understand the routine of the day, but also reminded them. And seize all available opportunities to carry out regular education, such as class meetings and morning meetings, so that they can always have regular awareness. But this is not enough. Their consciousness is not strong and they need to "observe" constantly. When doing exercises, I first stand in front of the team and stand there, then do exercises with them, observe their movements, and remind them to stand up and keep their hands straight from time to time. I don't know how many words I said. In this way, when I do exercises gradually, I don't have to watch from time to time anymore, and the team stands neatly. Now, when I am away, the class is cleaned decently, which makes other teachers envy.
Education is a continuous, innovative and endless work. The society is developing, the times are advancing, and the characteristics and problems of students are constantly changing. As educators with a sense of responsibility, we must discover, study and solve new situations and problems in the management of students' education in a timely manner with high sensitivity and consciousness, master their characteristics, discover their laws, and do a good job dutifully, so as to complete our sacred historical mission.
