This teaching and research group consists of six teachers and is a United and enterprising mathematics teaching and research group. Old teachers Zuo Li and Yao Yan not only inherit, help and guide young teachers in their work, but also impart their years of teaching experience to young teachers, and often give emotional and linguistic support and encouragement to young people. Young You Xiaoyan, Fan, Yang, Hu Xianfeng, etc., teach old teachers with an open mind and are meticulous. Such a harmonious humanistic environment provides a good prerequisite for our group to successfully complete the teaching and research tasks this semester.
Second, the main work carried out this semester
At the beginning of this semester, our teaching and research group organized six teachers to have a serious discussion around the learning content on the basis of earnestly studying the new curriculum standards and some theories. In teaching, on the basis of understanding the editor's intention, teachers can give full play to their subjective initiative, study teaching materials, control teaching materials and use them creatively and flexibly. In teaching, teachers can also take students as the main body, and create a learning atmosphere of students' hands-on practice, independent exploration and cooperative communication, so that students can understand and feel knowledge in observation, experiment, guess, verification, reasoning and communication, thus improving learning quality.
In teaching. "Sit on the bench, pay close attention to preparing lessons, do a good job in each class, carefully approve each assignment and ensure the relevance of mathematics knowledge" is our group's experience in mathematics teaching. Because of the five conscientiousness, the students have achieved good results in this year's quiz, although the math problems are difficult. Both the passing rate and the eugenic rate are at a high level in the county.
Teachers will not stop improving their learning while doing a good job in teaching. Every Thursday afternoon, under the leadership of the team leader, six teachers insist on studying the theory of education and teaching, and strive to apply what they have learned to their own teaching activities. In addition to organizing learning in the group, everyone also actively participated in the general training of new textbooks and new curriculum standards organized by the county teaching and research section.
The teachers in this group not only do their jobs well, but also actively cooperate with the class teacher to manage the class settings properly and scientifically, prevent students from having safety accidents, and send every student away smoothly and completely, so as to reassure parents and schools. For the first primary school art festival held by the school, the teachers worked tirelessly and did everything that belonged to them.
