Enter first: 23

Select "3" again: right-click, with the option of "Font" ("Format Cell" in EXCEL), and multiple choices with "superscript" at the bottom left, just check the front.

3 runs to the upper right corner of 2.

If you want to input in other non-text editing layouts, you can now edit in word or excel, and then copy and paste. If you paste it, it won't work. General layout is limited!
