What certificates can I apply for for self-study exemption?
First, you already have a diploma.
(1) College graduates recognized by the Ministry of Education may be exempted from taking two courses of ideological and political theory and public basic courses with the same requirements and qualified grades.
(2) Undergraduate and graduate students from institutions of higher learning recognized by the Ministry of Education who have participated in the self-taught undergraduate study can take two ideological and political courses and public basic courses that have been studied, have the same requirements and have passed the examination.
(3) All kinds of graduates recognized by the Ministry of Education, whose original majors correspond to the public basic courses offered by the self-taught examination, may be exempted from the corresponding public basic courses.
For example, mathematics majors can be exempted from taking advanced mathematics 1 or advanced mathematics engineering college, linear algebra, probability theory and mathematical statistics, or advanced mathematics (engineering course).
Second, the English level certificate
(1) PETS certificate.
English level 3 (PETS3) can be exempted from English level 2 and English level 2 (PETS2) can be exempted from English 1.
② CET-4 and CET-6 certificates are exempt.
After the reform of CET-4 and CET-6, it is no longer allowed to substitute grades for self-taught English, but candidates who have obtained CET-4 and CET-6 certificates before can still be exempted from the examination.
Third, the computer grade certificate (NCRE)
(1) Anyone who has obtained the NCRE first-class certificate may be exempted from taking the course of Computer Application Basis (100 18) or Computer Application Technology (including written test (023 16) and experimental test (023 17)) in the self-study examination for higher education;
(2) Anyone who has obtained the NCRE Level II C language programming certificate (written test and computer operation) may be exempted from taking the course of Advanced Language Programming (including written test (00342) and practical test (00343));
③ From 20 15, the self-taught examination of Computer Application Basis (100 18) will no longer be arranged, and the results of the self-taught examination of Computer Application Basis (100 18) are still valid;
(4) Candidates with NCRE certificates must go through the exemption formalities at the reception hall of Beijing Education Examinations Institute during the examination registration period.
Fourth, other professional certificates
Some professional courses can be exempted from examination with some professional qualification certificates and professional certificates. Candidates are required to refer to the provisions of the self-taught professional examination plan.
Application for exemption of grade certificate:
1. Candidates log in to the self-taught examination management system.
Submit the application through the application module of grade certificate exemption in the system: enter the obtained grade certificate type, grade, certificate number (enter the admission ticket number of CET and PETS written test scores), score (just enter CET certificate and PETS written test scores), year and year of obtaining the certificate, and province of obtaining the certificate. At the same time, enter the course code to apply for exemption, and the same certificate can apply for exemption from multiple courses.
2. After entering the certificate information, the system will automatically match the certificate type, certificate number, candidate's name and ID number entered by the candidate. If the matching is successful, you will be prompted that "the certificate has passed the inspection, and there is no need to submit materials. The review time is about 30 working days. Please pay attention to the audit results.
3. If the matching is unsuccessful, the system prompts "Please submit the original and copy of the admission ticket, ID card and grade certificate to the county (district) self-study examination office for preliminary examination." Candidates are required to submit the original and photocopy of the admission ticket, ID card and grade certificate at the processing place selected when submitting the application, and indicate the province where the examination is located on the photocopy of the grade certificate.
4. The county (district) Kaoban summarizes the candidates' materials, prints the certificate of exemption procedures and submits it to the candidates, and then the municipal Kaoban uniformly reports the candidates' materials.
5. After verifying the candidates' materials, the Municipal Examination Office shall sign the opinions on the photocopy and affix the official seal. The original is submitted to the county (district) examination office and returned to the candidates, and the "Examination Exemption Audit Form" is printed and submitted to the provincial examination office together with a copy of the materials.
6. After the provincial examination, the written test results will not be returned, and candidates will check the test results through the system.
Procedures for applying for pre-qualification exemption examination:
1. Candidates with prequalification must log in to the self-study examination management system (the system for short) and register prequalification information through the "prequalification information management" function module in the system. After the provincial preliminary examination is passed, the application for exemption can be submitted through the pre-qualification application exemption function in the system examination management module;
2. Candidates' prequalification information registration needs to submit the original and photocopy of the admission ticket, ID card, diploma and complete report form to the handling place selected at the time of registration. If the report form needs to be copied from my file, the labor and personnel department of the unit where the file is located shall sign the opinions on the copy and affix the official seal; If the transcript is copied by the original graduation school, the academic affairs office (department) of the school shall sign the opinion on the copy and affix the official seal).
