Requirements of Asset Appraiser for Mathematics
Asset appraisers have certain requirements for mathematics, but not too high. The asset appraiser exam involves some mathematical operations, such as the discount of cash flow or income and the calculation of compound interest. Candidates can solve it with a certain mathematical foundation as long as they master the four operations of addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.

There are four subjects in the asset appraiser's examination, namely, asset appraisal foundation, asset appraisal related knowledge, asset appraisal practice (I) and asset appraisal practice (II). Examination results are managed in a four-year cycle, and candidates must pass all four subjects for four consecutive years before they can obtain the qualification certificate of asset appraiser.
