The former, press and hold the blank space of the mobile phone desktop, pop up the settings, icon corner, find the WeChat option, turn it off and then turn it on. Then go to WeChat to set up new message reminders and turn off unnecessary reminders.

If it belongs to the menu bar in WeChat, close the WeChat background and reopen it. If so, upgrade the WeChat version.
