1, keyboard input point, as shown in the figure below.

2. Right-click the input method and enter punctuation marks on the soft keyboard, as shown in the figure below.

3. Just convert the input method on the computer into Chinese input state, and input it through the ~ key in the upper left corner, as shown in the figure below.
