Decision of Tangshan Municipal People's Government on Abolishing Some Government Regulations

In order to maintain the unity of the legal system and promote decentralization in accordance with the law, the municipal government decided to abolish the following government regulations:

1, Measures for the Administration of Tangshan Urban Maintenance and Construction Fund (for Trial Implementation) (Government Decree 1)

2, Tangshan city funeral management measures (government DecreeNo. second. 13)

3. Interim Measures of Tangshan Municipality on the Separation of Tickets for Administrative Fees at the corresponding level (Tang Zhengban Letter [1999] 163)

4, Tangshan City Science and Technology Award (Government Decree No.6 [2004])

5. Provisions of Tangshan Municipality on Supervision and Management of Financial Investment Capital Construction Projects (Government Decree No.2 [2005])

6, Tangshan municipal government procurement management implementation measures (Government Decree No.3 [2005])

7. Implementation Measures for the Management of Condiment Production and Sales in Tangshan City (Government Decree [2006] 1No.)

This decision shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.
