The vocabulary of GMAT can be said to be based on TOEFL. Although GMAT does not make specific requirements for vocabulary, no specific requirements do not mean no requirements. In fact, GMAT, as the ability test of business graduate students, will inevitably involve a large number of professional vocabulary and terms in the fields of mathematical operation, business, economy, accounting and so on. However, the GMAT test questions often contain sentences and articles with strong professionalism, standardized grammar and obscure language, and its frequently tested vocabulary is about 10000. The minimum standard for preparing GMAT should be TOEFL vocabulary. Students who don't have enough time to prepare for the exam should at least master TOEFL vocabulary, and in the process of reviewing and doing the questions, summarize some high-frequency vocabulary outside the TOEFL scope to meet their own needs.
