My name is Li Shuang, and I am a student of Class 2009 15 of School of Mechanical and Power Engineering, Shanghai Jiaotong University. I come from Chongqing and graduated from Chongqing Bashu Middle School in high school.

Before I went to high school, I heard from my brother and sister that mathematics occupied the most important position in almost all subjects in high school. In addition, I have a strong interest in mathematics since I was a child, so I paid special attention to mathematics after I went to high school and spent a lot of time on it. With my continuous efforts, my math scores are basically above 140. Coupled with my persistent research, I won the first prize of Chongqing Mathematics Competition twice and the third prize of National Mathematics Competition (Chongqing Division).

I was admitted to Shanghai Jiaotong University with a score of 679 (with a total score of 750). Among them, the math score is 145, and the math single subject is in the top ten in Chongqing.

Correct a wrong understanding

After every exam, we can almost hear such a complaint: "Another question is careless and wrong." "How will I deal with this problem is that the topic is wrong." "I can do the following questions, but I just don't have time." The essence of these words is actually "unskilled". Imagine why those math experts are not careless. Why didn't you read the wrong question? Why do you have time to finish the problem? That's because they are skilled and easy to be careless. They have been careless in their exercises, and they have been fooled by all the places that are easy to be fooled in the questions at ordinary times, so they will get Ma Pingchuan in the exam. Of course, I am not completely opposed to these words. After all, it is understandable to complain about something wrong and balance your mind!

Learning skills

Here I want to talk about how I study math.

There are basically no new courses in senior three mathematics, all of which are review courses. I will do some exercises before the teacher reviews each lesson to find out the feeling of that lesson. Keep up with the teacher's rhythm in class and think carefully about every example the teacher tells in class. The teacher's examples are all carefully selected, and they are really in the top five. Of course, I will do the teacher's exercises after class. If I have time, I will find some exercises to do by myself.

The above is mainly the study of senior three in the last semester, and the next semester will focus on practicing sets of questions. We basically set a set of questions every day and have no time to find them ourselves. After all, we have to take into account other disciplines. But if each set of questions is carefully completed, you will obviously feel that the speed of doing the set of questions is getting faster and faster. The above learning methods are classic learning methods. To put it bluntly, everyone understands this method.

The following is my personal learning method, which I call the conclusion summary method. Is to record the useful conclusions encountered in solving problems in a special notebook (it is recommended to use a notebook with better quality to show its importance), such as:

If you remember these conclusions, you can find out the background used by the questioner and save a lot of time in the examination room. I have personally experienced that the background of a fill-in-the-blank question in this year's Chongqing paper is the above conclusion 2. Although that problem is not particularly difficult, it can be worked out by guessing induction, but I know that the second conclusion is only done step by step, which saves me a lot of time to do the more difficult problems later. Useful conclusions like these can be accumulated as long as you pay attention. For example, the common means of splitting terms, and for example, how to express the focal radius with angles in conic curves.

Another very important aspect is to do more questions. Only by doing more questions will you feel more and more proficient in the control of knowledge. Doing this problem is getting more and more handy. Moreover, in the process of doing the problem, many useful conclusions will be captured, and at the same time, common conclusions will be mastered repeatedly. In the next semester of senior three, I finished the last two questions of the national college entrance examination in the past five years. After doing these questions, I learned a variety of questions and improved the speed and accuracy of analyzing geometry. Even this year's Chongqing paper, I have done a similar problem of analytic geometry, which makes many candidates have a headache. Of course, this problem of pulling points will be solved.
