1978 One day after the Spring Festival, Sun Zhonghui, director of the county teaching and research section, found Yang Minggu who attended the Fifth National People's Congress in Jilin Province and told him about the establishment of a key middle school. It turned out that during his meeting outside, the county had decided to re-establish a key middle school, named Dunhua No.1 Middle School, and changed Dunhua No.1 Middle School to Dunhua No.6 Middle School. Second, Dunhua No.1 Middle School is very famous in the province, and the county wants to use this brand.

In this regard, Yang Minggu put forward his own different views. He doesn't think the brand of No.1 Middle School should be used. It should be called Aodong Middle School. After using the name "Dunhua No.1 Middle School", many people said that Sun Zhonghui had taken away the school card of No.1 Middle School. Later, they chose the front yard of the Agricultural College. At that time, the person in charge of the school hesitated for fear of affecting their development. But the county agreed, so it was decided. This is the former site of today's experimental middle school.

The construction of the new school building began, and Yang Minggu went to help run the materials. At that time, everything was booming, the seller's market and building materials were extremely scarce, and steel bars and cement were particularly difficult, so it was necessary to bargain everywhere. At the same time of school building construction, another problem appeared in 1978 next semester. Normal school enrolls students and wants to go back to their own place. Because the school building was originally borrowed from the normal school by the county education bureau, people want to come back, and the education bureau has nothing to say. In desperation, the experimental middle school moved to No.3 Middle School and took classes in the bungalow on the north side of the teaching building. The school leaders had no choice but to move with all the teachers and students. The two schools are together, the classroom is crowded and the light is not good, so students can't study by themselves.

The two principals are powerless, the teachers are anxious, and Yang Minggu's eyes are anxious. So he carried two principals behind his back and wrote a letter to the Standing Committee of the county party Committee in his own name, with harsh wording, criticizing the county party Committee for not paying attention to education and fooling around. Nine members of the Standing Committee, one each. Yang Minggu said afterwards: "It seems a little radical now, but I didn't care much at that time." This letter is really useful. The next day, Zhang Jinfa, secretary of the county party committee, personally inspected the school. Subsequently, the school moved back to the original site a week after moving out, and the teachers and students of the school regained a spacious and bright teaching environment. However, in this case, Yang Minggu became an unsung hero. After moving back to the original site, he didn't mention writing to others.
