German study abroad architecture
I studied architecture at Dresden University of Technology. I hope the information I provided can help you.

1. German universities with architecture majors are as follows:

Aachen University of Technology-Architecture and Urban Architecture

Berlin technical university-architecture, scenic spot planning, urban and geographical campus planning

Dresden University of Technology-Architecture, Scenic Area Architecture

Department of Architecture, Brunswick University of Technology

Department of Architecture, Cottbus University of Technology. Planning of urban and geographical school districts

Department of Architecture, darmstadt University of Technology

Dortmund university-architecture and urban construction, spatial planning

Duisburg-Essen University-Essen Campus-Scenic Area Architecture

Hamburg University of Arts-Architecture and Urban Construction

Hamburg-Haburg University of Technology-Urban Planning

Hanover University-Architecture, Scenic Area Planning and Idle Space Planning

Personally, I think Munich, Aachen and Berlin are the best, followed by Dresden and Weimar.

2.APS is the preparation department of the German government for studying in China, which is responsible for reviewing the academic qualifications of German students applying for studying in Germany. Both the German Embassy and German universities regard APS certification as a necessary condition for issuing visas and admission notices. Generally speaking, as long as the academic qualifications are true, this exam is not difficult.

The minimum requirement for German universities is that four-year undergraduate students of 2 1 1 universities have completed one semester, or four-year undergraduate students of ordinary universities have completed three semesters before they can apply.

The DSH German proficiency test is usually conducted after you get the admission notice from a German university. Generally, after studying German in Germany for 8- 10 months, you can take the local DSH exam in Germany. After learning German in China, you can also take the domestic TestDaF exam, and the nature is the same. But most people choose DSH.

You can decide this for yourself. Now that it has been decided, the sooner you prepare, the better. The winter semester of German universities starts from June 1 (generally the first semester is in winter) and the summer semester starts from April 1. Add 8- 10 months to study german, and you can apply in advance as appropriate. I think I can start preparing after finishing the third semester in China.

If you started from the first semester of undergraduate studies in Germany, I think your original grades should have little influence on your application. But after all, I changed my major. I'm not sure about the details. Still depends on the school.

5. German architecture majors have diploma programs. As far as I know, only Dresden University of Technology still has a diploma program in architecture, which is one of the reasons why I chose it. The rest are Bachlor and Master.

Diplom is expected to have 10 semesters (that is, five years). The first two years are basic courses. Two years later, I passed the basic course exam, entered the professional course for the next three years, and got a master's degree after graduation.

Bachlor is expected to spend six semesters (that is, three years) and get an undergraduate diploma after graduation. If you want to continue your studies, you will have a master's degree for two years after graduation.

Master's degree is the same as diploma, and domestic certification is master's degree. Personally, the diploma is more reliable, but Bach or and Master are more in line with international standards, and the diploma system will eventually be gradually transformed into Bachor and Master.

6. Let's talk about tuition. In the past, public universities did not charge tuition fees. Now some schools charge some symbolically, for example, Dresden charges 200 euros per semester, and some schools charge more, for example, Baden charges 500 euros per semester. The situation is different, depending on the national policy.

According to the general algorithm, other expenses are: rent 250, insurance 60, food 100, telephone 20, internet 20, * * * 450 euros per month, 5400 euros per year. Of course, you can also live more economically.

7. German doctors generally do not attend classes, and there are no specific courses. Reading a PhD is like working, helping professors with projects, researching research topics and earning some money by the way. In fact, it is to help professors, so doctoral students call professors Boss, and everything depends on Boss.
