Born in August, 1947, a native of Shahe City, Hebei Province, Han nationality. Graduated from Henan Normal University. He is currently the deputy head of the primary school group of the teaching and research section of Henan Provincial Education Commission. I have been teaching in primary schools since 197 1 and working as a math teacher in middle schools since 1975. /kloc-in the autumn of 0/979, he began to engage in the teaching and research of primary school mathematics textbooks.
In the 1990s, the mathematics textbooks for five-year primary schools with nine-year compulsory education in Henan Province were edited by the National Primary and Secondary School Textbooks Examination and Approval Committee and passed on 1998 (this set of textbooks was revised according to the changes in the primary school mathematics syllabus in 2000 and passed by the National Primary and Secondary School Textbooks Examination and Approval Committee).
