As students, students with good grades should go further on the original basis and strive for better development results in their studies. Students with poor academic performance should be brave in learning, overcome learning difficulties, fully realize the role of learning in their future, and strive to make progress in learning, even if it is a little bit a day. We should not neglect the teaching work and let it develop just because it is difficult. In order to consider that other students in the class may have some negligence in their teaching, we can no longer ignore them in our after-school life. I think the reason why these children don't study well is not because they are stupid, but because it is difficult for them to learn the same knowledge as those better children in a learning environment. To learn well, we must first have the ability to think mathematically. I think the first task of cultivating their mathematical thinking ability should be to improve their listening and speaking ability. So in my spare time, I will communicate with them more to improve their listening and speaking ability, and I don't think this is the right only for Chinese teachers! Driven by this clear goal, their math scores have made some progress, and they have also improved in the recent exams. There are also several students with good grades in this class. For them, I mainly use the method of drawing height, so that they can not only see what the teacher teaches, but also find that some teachers don't answer questions. Secondly, to determine the goal of training outstanding students to make up the difference, we should go deep into reality and teach students in accordance with their aptitude according to each student's personality characteristics, pay attention to students' intellectual training and good habits, strive to stimulate students' interest in learning, always pay attention to the development of each student, especially the growth of fewer students, do a good job in their transformation, and strive not to let each student fall behind. Third, training students is based on the classroom, and making up the difference is more about extracurricular efforts. Make-up is not only to supplement knowledge, but also to combine love, patience, self-confidence, students' willpower and knowledge. We should pay attention to key points, set goals, time, place and goals, and pay attention to cross-checking. The forms and methods can be diversified. Don't criticize, don't criticize, use your spare time to care more and love them more. Fourth, carefully organize classroom teaching to provide a good opportunity for cultivating students to make up for differences. In cultivating excellent students, we can design gradients and various teaching knowledge and exercises. In making up lessons, teachers should always remind students to pay attention to lectures, encourage students to actively participate in activities, be good at discovering students' bright spots, design more problems close to the development of underachievers, let them actively participate and stimulate their desire for learning. Encourage and praise them in time when they answer correctly; When they don't answer correctly, they should also patiently help them rebuild their self-confidence and stimulate their interest in learning. Fifth, individual counseling. Due to the individual differences of students, we can adopt a "one-on-one" activity mode, so that each student with relatively good academic performance in the class can be combined with a student with poor academic performance to form a learning helper and a learning pair in learning. Sixth, homework stratification. Due to different student bases, students' development is unbalanced, forming different learning levels.
