What is a dimension?
Dimension, also called dimension, is the number of independent parameters in mathematics. In physics and philosophy, the number of independent space-time coordinates. Dimension 0 is an infinitesimal point with no length.

1 dimension is an infinite straight line with only length. 2-D is a plane, which is an area composed of length and width (or partial curves). Three dimensions are the volume formed by two dimensions plus height. Four dimensions are divided into four dimensions in time and space. People often refer to the transfer of objects on the timeline.

Four dimensions are exactly: four-dimensional space-time, that is, three-dimensional space plus one-dimensional time. Four-dimensional space only refers to four-dimensional space. Four-dimensional motion produces five dimensions.

From a philosophical point of view, people observe, think and express something from a "thinking angle", which is called "dimension" for short. For example, people's observation and thinking about the "moon" can be described from three thinking angles of the moon: content, time and space; It can also be described from the perspective of the moon's "carrier, energy and information".

Extended data:

Two parallel lines can be regarded as two relatively independent dimensions, and a new straight line needs to be established to connect them from one line to the other. This straight line is the dimension. 0 dimension is a point (not rigorous at all. If it is a point, no matter how small it is, it must have at least a length and a width, so the 0-dimension is not a point, which can actually be ignored.

1 dimension is a line (chord) with only length. 2-D is a plane, consisting of length and width (or curve), which can accommodate or consist of n lines. Three-dimensional is a solid formed by two dimensions plus height.

One-dimensional, two-dimensional and three-dimensional are just variables in thinking.

Everything in the universe is based on four-dimensional time and space.

Four dimensions, five dimensions and six dimensions are mainly used to define objects and historical changes.

Seven, eight, nine and ten dimensions are mainly used for spatial definition and historical changes.
