Is there a difference between multiple-choice questions in national examination papers and A B papers?
The difference between volume A and volume B lies in the different order of answers to multiple-choice questions, the same questions and the same options. The correct answer to volume A is option C, and volume B may be option D, which is true for Chinese, mathematics, comprehensive and especially English subjects.

There are 30 examinees in each examination room, among them, Volume A 15 and Volume B 15. They distribute different examination papers in zigzag, largely to prevent cheating at close range. If all candidates use paper in the same order, it is easy to catch a glimpse of other people's answer sheets. The cross-use of A and B ensures that A surrounds B and B surrounds A, effectively preventing cheating at close range.

Matters needing attention in college entrance examination

1. Read the whole volume before answering the question, so as to have a comprehensive picture, which can stabilize your mood and enhance your confidence. Attention should also be highly focused, and read the topic carefully from beginning to end quickly and accurately. For words that are not easy to understand or are not critical, we should carefully choose words and scrutinize them repeatedly.

2. It is generally not allowed to answer questions within 5 minutes after getting the test paper. Candidates should first write their name, admission ticket number and test number in the prescribed place. Then observe the test paper as a whole to see whether the name of the test paper is correct, how many pages there are, whether the page number sequence is wrong, and whether the paper surface of each page is clear and complete, and listen to the requirements of the invigilator.
