Test papers are usually printed on B4 paper and divided into two horizontal columns, so you should set up pages before making them. Create a new word document and click File-Page Setup to open the Page Setup dialog box;

Switch to the paper tab and set the paper size to B4 paper; Then switch to the "margins" tab, set the margins, and select the "horizontal" direction. After all the settings are completed, confirm to return.

There are sealing lines on the regular test paper, so we can make them with text boxes. Execute the command "View → Header and Footer" to enter the editing state of "Header and Footer".

Then execute the "Insert → Vertical Text Box" command, drag a text box in the document, and enter characters and underscores, as shown in the following figure.

We change the orientation of the text in the binding line by selecting the text box and clicking the Format menu to find the orientation of the text.

In the open text direction dialog box, we click the text direction as shown in the figure below, set it, and click OK; You can see that the direction of the text has changed;

Place the text box outside the left margin of the page, and adjust the size and character position of the text box according to the page size. When the mouse moves to the edge of the text box and turns into a plum blossom, double-click the mouse to open the Format Text Box dialog box. In the Colors and Lines tab, set the lines to achromatic lines and confirm to return.
